Sorry for the confusion, and the late response. After some time away from the project, I was informed that I hadn't created a pop up, and therefore it wasn't displaying in the app. It's displaying now.

Were you able to get this to work? I am trying to get my sql query to send to specific e-mails depending on who it is assigned to but I am at a loss. I know it works because I did it a couple months ago but I cannot remember how I did it.

I am trying to create street labels for ArcGIS Online using ArcGIS Pro vers. 2.5.0, however when I follow the instructions set on https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/adding-labels-to-arcgis-online-web-maps-part-1/?rmedium=redirect&rsource=blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2011/11/21/adding-labels-to-arcgis-online-web-maps-part-1 the street names disappear when converting the annotations to feature outline masks, even when setting the "Transfer Attributes" input field to "All Attributes".
