Hi Alyssa, Regarding this... >> I published the OIC and created the web app, but I can only toggle on the Coverage Map, not the Image Exposure Points , Current Coverage, or Additional Coverage. On the web app this is as designed. The exposure points layer is not active when there are no exposure points to display. It only become active after you have selected a point on the map. Make sure the tool to select the point on the map is active (blue in color) and then pick a point somewhere on your map where you think you have some exposure points. Once some exposure points are found you will be able to turn on the Image exposure points layer. However if you want to see all the exposure points that you want to have in the catalog, then do not create a coverage map. Publish the OIC without defining a coverage map and Oriented Imagery will automatically use the exposure points link as the coverage map and show you all the points. This is a new feature that was added to the last release. I hope this helps and addresses your issue. Regards, Randall

This error is due to S3 bucket permissions. You can have a look at these links and check what works for you. How do I edit public access settings for S3 buckets? - Amazon Simple Storage Service Make sure you uncheck the option to unblock public access. If it is already unblocked then check the sub headings and unblock those as well. You will also need to set CORS policy. If you are not familar with this please check with your network admin or someone who is familiar with it. How do I add cross-domain resource sharing with CORS? - Amazon Simple Storage Service Randall

Hi Pawan, Are you still facing this error? Can you check the path for the data that you have added to the OIC. You can do this by looking at the attribute table of the Exposure Points feature class. If the path is pointing to a location on your local hard drive then it will not work. The image location should be a web based location, so typically the path should start with http:// or https://. The other possibility if it is already on the web (cloud storage) is that you dont have permission to access the data. resource. Randall

Hi Kris The issue here is the version of Enterprise that you are using. OIC support came to enterprise 10.7.1. If you look at the release notes for the GP tools you will see the following... "The Publishing Oriented Imagery Catalog now supports publishing to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1+ (local portal)." One solution would be to update your portal to 10.7.1 or higher, or publish to ArcGIS online. If there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to contact me. Regards, Randall

HI Krisian, Sorry that you are facing this issue. However for me to help I would like some more info from you please. Can you tell me.. 1. Do you have the latest version of OIC Management GPTools? There was a release a few days ago. 2. What is your version of ArcGIS Pro? 3. What is your version of Portal? In addition to that.. if you look in c:\Image_Mgmt_Workflows\OrientedImagery\logs you will find xml files that begin with PublishOrientedImageryCatalog followed by a date suffix. Please send me the log file that corresponds to that date that you faced this error. If you are not sure you can open the log and see the error messages and send me the correct one. As a last test to rule out that there is anything wrong with the actual OIC file that you are trying to publish.. you can drag and drop the OIC file in JSONLint - The JSON Validator \or any similar site or utility that you are comfortable with. I just need to be sure that the json structure of the OIC file is proper. Looking forward to your reply. Randall

Hi Ben, This error is an returned from aws. Can you check the following link. Troubleshoot the 404 NoSuchKey Error from Amazon S3 Check the permission of the cloud service profile that you are using. Ideally when you select a particular profile it should give you a list of all the buckets that you have permission to access. You have to make sure you select a bucket and then specify a folder in the bucket you want to copy the data to. If you want to copy it directly into the root folder of the bucket then you don't have to specify a folder. Try copying the data using something like cloudberry to check if you can copy the data into the destination bucket/folder. Randall

Hi Tadas, There is no work around available short of editing the code. Since this is a python based tool I can tell you where you can make the edit and it will work for you. Follow these steps to make it work for you. 1. Locate this file. c:\Image_Mgmt_Workflows\OrientedImagery\Types\ImageService.py 2. Keep a backup of this file and open in a text editor. 3. Search for xf_1 and replace with xf_2. Make sure you keep the it is of lower case like in the ICS data. 4. Save the script. 5. Restart ArcGIS Pro. We are working on a fix where the program will automatically detect which xform will have the spatial reference info. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any other issues regarding this or any other aspect of the oriented imagery GPTool do not hesitate to get in touch. Thanks Randall

Hi Tadas, My apologies that you are facing this issue. I would like to ask you a couple of questions tho, 1. How did you create the Image Service (or mosaic dataset)? What was the raster type? 2. If you don t know the answer to the first question can you check the following URL for your Image Service. https://<YourServerName>/arcgis/rest/services/<YourServiceName>/ImageServer/1/info/ics This is assuming you have an object id 1. You can replace 1 with any object id. This is a working example with NO ICS defined. Oblique/WU_Ortho (ImageServer) This is a working example of ICS defined. Oblique/WU_Oblique (ImageServer) You can check this json against the one in your service. The program is look for spatialReference in xf_1. We have are currently addressing issues with ImageServices type and will be releasing updates to this type in the next version. Regards, Randall

Hi Nancy, Thanks for checking this. I forgot to check with you.. The version number listed in the registry entry for Pro shows 2.4, yes? The other thing I have can suggest is to repair your ArcGIS Pro version. You can do this in Add/Remove Programs. Also can you try this out on some other machine within your organisation please. Thanks, Randall
