Thank you for your reply robert, but I think it's still not quite what I'm looking for. I would need to do a map series based on vehicles in order for that to work, correct? I am ok with multiple vehicles on the map at any one time but I only want to know which vehicles are there during the time frame I specified. I dont think what you suggest would work like that, would it? If I could create a map series based on time intervals automatically that would also be useful. e.g. a map for every 1 hour increment over 7 days.

In the below image I am looking for an automated way to update the red highlighted section. I've had to redact a few sections of the image but the red outlined area is the only thing that can't be updated automatically.

Is there a way to only get the unique values from a field in a feature class? I have multiple AVL records and would like to use dynamic text to populate which vehicles are being displayed on the map in the layout view. I've tried using a distinct SQL query within dynamic text and it keeps telling me my query is invalid. I've also explored Table Frames a bit but there doesn't seem to be a way to filter it down. Thanks

Hello Kory, That is helpful but not quite what I'm after as it would require me to make a bookmark for each time rage before hand. that works well if you've only got a few like you show but I've got hundreds of time ranges I need to create maps for and there doesn't seem to be a quick way to do it. my use case: I've got AVL data and we have a map layout template and we need to create maps for each hour over a certain area. so I need to set up the time steps then export one, then advance the time step, close the map activation, export the layout, etc... if there is a better way to do this, I'm all ears. Thank you

It would be really nice to be able to step through time of a map in a layout instead of activating the map then closing it to export it. alternatively if it were possible to create a map series based on time data where I could select the start, end, and interval, that would also work

Has something changed since this was published? Assignment Type doesn't add automatically when creating the survey and if I add it manually I get the following error: The custom feature service submission url is not compatible with this survey (Field a ssignmenttype in Assingments type mismatch: esriFieldTypeString != esriFieldTypeGUID).

Hello, Is there a tool in ArcGIS Pro that will extend two line segments to where they intersect? e.g. Can I extend the two selected line segments to be like the drawn in red line?

I had this question come to me and it turns out that the user was just putting in the "www.link.com" instead of "https:// www.link.com " which was causing it not to be recognized as a proper link.

Yes but if the road conditions can either be entered from in situ measurements or based on observations from a camera then I need the ability to enter by both location.
