Rob,  That seems to be a strange issue. So is this issue only happening when you run the app on Debugger? How about the normal AppRun? How about the built app? Are you going to have your client run the app on debugger? Hi all, Just following up on this. Everything is working quite well with the 33+ attribute rules updating a single feature class. Hi Rob, I was able to see the same behavior as you described using a portal to publish a survey contained annotate appearance image question. I encourage you to submit this issue as a bug via Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site.
