Now that Esri is stepping into the Voxel space...one can only hope that these functionalities would be a higher priority for 3D. This thread was curated in 2012!!!! its 2020!

If this is the case, it will not work for our workflow. All mobile collection is occurring via our orgs AGOL subscription. Working on a cloud based deployment of Enterprise, could possibly make our versioned managed services that reference an egdb work using this option, but what a pain. We also do not know the long term viability in funding for our cloud implementation. Likely a TON of folks that need this utility via AGOL.

I just installed the August 2019 release of Drone2Map and licensed it with my authorized named user. I also "took it offline" prior to closing the app, in prep for use in the field or without internet. I closed the app, and went to reopen it and now I get the above message when I attempt to "sign in" to authorize the software. Weird, because I did authorize it for offline use, before closing it. I have a 60 day trial authorized to my named user within my AGOL org. Esri please advise. I can find little to no documentation on this specific error message - specific to Drone2Map. I have also tried changing my system clock to MT, CST, EST from PST...to no avail the app will not launch due to this error. I am based in California, our AGOL admins are across the country...I work for USGS.

USGS here...I think it's fair to say that the geologic mapping community at large, beyond federal government is in need of this capability. Geologists collect points and lines in the field, with domains. They also collect physical samples to take back to the lab for testing. Having the ability to generate a sampleID based on a station(observation point) would help immensely. Even more, if they could collect and log multiple physical samples and associate each with the station. Ability to auto-generate IDs (stations) and also subIDs(samples) from IDs. And increment subIDs(samples).

I work for the US Geological Survey and urgently await the implementation of this bug fix. I am running Pro v2.2.4. Problem still exists, am able to "Print to PDF" for some use cases, not for others, as described above. GeoPDF setting is easiest to manage with the "Export to PDF" function/button.

In addition it would be helpful if one could change from word cloud to list format for a specified question. Word cloud is cool, but I would like the ability to read entries individually when necessary.

Prior to the recent release of 10.4.0 of Collector for ArcGIS our Forest Service team was using Collector successfully for offline data collection. We had new users added and they obtained Collector from the app store (iOS) just 2 weeks ago. They signed into the app, as before and went to download our Recreation features collection map (with editable feature services). However, they can access the map as they are part of the group it is shared with BUT the map does not list a down arrow & cloud icon for adding to device. Meanwhile...I can access the map with download options on the previous version of the app on my phone. I noticed the face lift that occurred with AGOL around UC time. I revisited the map and all of the offline settings - for the map and every single feature service. Everything is set as it was when it was working prior to the app upgrade. We are seeing this problem across devices - both iOS and Android tablets/phones. One android user, was using the app with offline collection of said map prior to new release. She decided to see if she would have the same issue, upgraded the app and confirmed. She cannot download the map for use either. Any ideas to help us get back to collecting the data we need? Anyone else have this issue? Note - I did create a new editable feature service on 7/14 and updated the map. The teams can see the new map, but not download it for offline use. Perhaps the newly added service is the kicker? UPDATE: I found an additional tablet running 10.3.6 build 1158 of collector. The map does not show a cloud or download icon to go offline either. I updated my iPhone to run 10.4.0 build 1402, and the map has offline mode - due being obtained under previous app version. Do to the nature of our AGOL org - I cannot share the map/services with outside parties. It is internal until is passes vetting process for public viewing.

Though I still receive the above sync error - if I add the Feature Services to a new web map (post sync with error) and "zoom to location" the map lands where a feature does exist, only there is no symbology. I wouldn't have known it was there, had I not been the one to collect it. The point and its attributes exist on the offline map in Collector... _______________________RESOLVED_______________________ After testing the services within ArcMap, I noticed it was a scale/extent issue. I locked to a specific scale on the data frame, created the feature template and re-published each service. I also set the extent within the Feature Layer Item Description page for each hosted Feature layer (Feature Service). And set the same extent on the Web Map being used to access the services. I am no longer getting a sync error message, though the data was getting pushed. It now syncs with no error and data displays.
