They are also archiving the video for later use. Upon receiving the email, the team will send a vehicle out to help the motorist. Bhavin: We have a number of the larger Class 1 railroads in North America which have used ArcGIS Schematics to create their electronic "track charts." A business partner (Bartlett and West) has helped most of them in this effort. To date, those have not been integrated with Roads and Highways, although that is the plan for a couple of them. Alternatively, Long Island Railroad (part of MTA) developed their track charts using ArcGIS Schematics and have integrated it with Roads and Highways. They performed this work in-house, and while perhaps not quite as esthetically perfect as the Class 1 examples, does everything they needed it to do. We could connect you to the appropriate folks at LIRR if you would like, or to Bartlett and West as well.
