Hello @JonathanQuinn , We are in a situation where we have to completely rebuild our portal and I'm using the clone portal users python API script to create the same groups from the old portal to the new portal, copy content and share with the same groups. The issue I'm having is that the content gets copied over but doesn't get shared with the target group created, I get the following error message Error copying rd_ResidentialSign_survey_test_BV Cannot find group with id: GIS Portal Publishers

What is the procedure for doing what you mention in Section 2 above. How do you register a datastore from within Server Manager if the data store in question is a Relation Datastore that it the hosting datastore for your portal?

Do you need to limit this to only shapefiles or can any featureclass get selected? What happens when you use the GxFilterFeatureClasses filter?

I have setup a Portal 10.5.1 Server A and ArcGIS Map Server 10.5.1 B months ago. I have federated Server B to Portal A and serve as hosting server. Then I have succeeded to publish shapefile, gdb, etc on Portal A. But last week, the publish is failed, Portal A just hung at publishing process without prompting any error messages. I have a very old ArcGIS 9.2 system. The system has several ArcMap 9.2 workstations and 2 ArcGIS 9.2 geodatabases DB1 and DB2. The data on the geodatabases are synchronized by replicas on the geodatabases. To synchronize more tables, I have re-created one replica but the replica failed to run after re-creation. The error "Operation only allowed by the owner of the version" is shown. Anyone has ideas what happened?

I have just figured out what happened. The gdb generated from DGN does not have spatial reference. User need to set it manually. After spatial reference is set, the gdb can be published to Portal and shown on map.

I have create a versioned feature class CP_FACILITY on SQL Server 2014. The feature class only stores the geometry and few attributes while other text attributes are store in table FACILITY. Therefore, I use triggers to synchronize the attributes between CP_FACILITY and FACILITY. I have created trigger on A table: ALTER TRIGGER TR_CP_FACILITY_2_INS ON A562 AFTER INSERT AS ....... GO also trigger on D table: ALTER TRIGGER TR_CP_FACILITY_2_DEL ON D562 AFTER INSERT AS ...... GO The trigger TR_CP_FACILITY_2_INS runs fine but the trigger TR_CP_FACILITY_2_DEL has problem, whenever I delete a feature in CP_FACILITY, the following error is shwon: Delete Feature: An unexpected failure occurred.Underlying DBMS error [HY000:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server]Connection is busy with results for another command][CPIS.DBO.CP_FACILITY_2][STATE_ID = 1903] Anyone know what I have done wrong?

Thanks for your reply. The script is for my client use. He does not have any ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, so the script can only rely on ArcGIS APIs. Is it possible to do so?
