Hi Michael, The username type of question should not be required; it is automatically filled in and can't be edited by the user. Just to check, is the data in the Drafts or the Outbox folder?  It sounds like it's in the Outbox, if they are trying to send it directly.  If that's the case, have them log in and open the forms that need to be sent, and then save to the Outbox again or send the data- it should populate with the username at that point. ...
