I am making a figures with data driven pages and I have annotation I only want to display when certain pages are shown. On page 12 for example I have annotation with a parcel number pointing to the feature on page  13 part of that annotation box is still shown but being cut off. Is there a way I can make it only show on page 12 and not page 13 when exporting my data driven pages? ... View more

Good morning, I looking to have two data frame on the same figure. Both data frames have three layers they are all the same (roads, parcels and alternative routes) The strip index has a definition query on the top data frame to run the even strip index and the bottom data frame to run the odds. I just need help finding something that will run these data frames together. If I do it without a script Arc only runs the top data frame but not the bottom. The client just wants to eliminate the number of pages that is the reason they want it split up. Hopefully that makes sense. ... View more

I created a hyperlink filed for some field data and created the hyperlink from the field calculator linked to a folder on our server. When I clicked the feature with the hyperlink lightening bolt it highlighted and turned yellow and when clicked had brought up the appropriate folder. I also turned on the hyperlinks in the display. I gave this mxd to a co worker who needed to use it and she did some edits and saved the mxd but now none of the hyperlinks will turn yellow when bringing it to the feature and the display is still turned on....any thoughts on what happened or how I can fix this?
