Hi Jake. Just saw this post. What are the names of the fields that are automatically updated? I am using the schema for the Citizen Problem Reporter crowdsource application, and there is a "Date Submitted" field, but that is not automatically updated. Wondering what field names I should add so that they are automatically updated. Thanks!

Allison, I've been researching how to add fields, apply default values, and also define domains for said fields. I appreciate the information about the " Add Data tool on the Data tab of the Details page of a service (under the burger menu)". While I can add a field with a default value, I have not been able to find a way to then go into ArcGIS Pro and apply an existing domain to an existing field. Is this still a limitation? If I do export the feature service to a GDB, should I then be able to re-publish the service by overwriting it? Thanks so much. I look forward to your response. Kathryn Clifton

Hi Mike. I am running into a similar situation. I realize it's now almost 5 years later... As I was writing this I thought of a few other things that I had not tried...and I stumbled upon something that worked! So, here is the solution: <a href="mailto:?subject=Davidson%20County%20GIS%20Link&body=http%3A%2F%2Fdavidsonco.maps.arcgis.com%2Fapps%2Fwebappviewer%2Findex.html%3Fid%3D2cdd448c6c924b8bbafb5aef8692b8d5%26query%3DArcMap_IMS_620_8%2CPARCEL_ID%2C{PARCEL_ID}" target="_blank">Mailable Link - New Map</a> The unique id of the map service (from the json) is ArcMap_IMS_620. The unique id of the Parcels layer is 8. And the field name that I am querying is PARCEL_ID. Hope this helps other people. Kathryn Clifton, GISP

I LOVE the easy to use Park Finder App template. I only wish that instead of the content being across the bottom of the screen, that it could appear on either the right or left-hand side. I recently ran across such an implemention (but found that it was a custom app written in Javascript) - the URL is https://gis.hennepin.us/parks/map Could the Park Finder App template be modified to offer these choices?

I'd like to see this, too. I am currently using a script from ArcScripts that includes both a UNIT NUMBER and a ZONE (within ArcGIS 9.3). Please, please, please incorporate this into ArcGIS 10 as well! -Kathryn Clifton, GISP GIS Coordinator, City of Salisbury, NC
