Can someone please tell me why when I drag tools into model builder they have an attached output variable. But if I create a tool in model builder that uses the same esri tool and drag that tool into model builder I see only the tool and not the output variable? The picture attached has an example, but I got the same result from a much more complicated tool I built that I am having difficulty iterating and I am wondering if this might be an issue.

I have a survey that is given to a number of clients several times a year. The survey is quite detailed and most details for a client don't change from survey to survey. I'd like to be able to go to my outbox, find the clients most recent survey, open and amend it with updated data, then upload it as a new survey. This would save a lot of time for me and my clients by not having to enter parts of the survey that have not changed. My only problem with this is that with a lot of surveys in the sent box, its hard to easily find the particular survey I'm looking for (see pic). In the Sent box, Survey123 seems to display the first responses added to any survey, and if you have default answers in the survey, they get priority. In my survey the defaults aren't useful identifiers, thus my problem. So my question is does anyone know how to force Survey123 to display the responses I choose in the sent box?

I am downloading data from a survey on the survey123.arcgis.com as csv files. It all works fine except that the column heading on all downloaded CSVs are derived from the "label" and not the "name" column in the xlsform (the opposite is the case for the FGDB and Shp downloads). Its an issue because we want to work with the CSVs, but our survey has duplicate labels (for good reason and we don't want to chnage this) in the xlsform, which produces CSV tables with duplicate headers. Is there a way for me to change this or do I just take the the dbfs form the shape file and go from there instead. Thanks

Is it possible to "calculate" if an image question has been filled? ie has the photo been collected in the survey. I want to do this so I can use that as a condition for displaying a subsequent question.
