Hello Dorn, When inviting users to your ArcGIS Online organization, you can invite them as a new account or give them the option to join be converting an existing ArcGIS Online public account. As far as I am aware, you cannot invite members from another organization to join your ArcGIS Online organization. Our documentation on inviting/adding members to an ArcGIS Online Organization may be helpful: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/invite-users.htm Another option may be sharing some of your content to a group, then inviting users belonging to other ArcGIS Online organizations to that group. I always find this article very helpful when getting cross-organization groups set up in ArcGIS Online: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/sharing-collaboration/sharing-and-collaboration-across-arcgis-online-organizations/ ~Megan

Hello Jim, Can you explain in a little more detail what you mean by launching a survey in edit mode? Are you looking for users to submit a survey/change existing survey answers, or do you actually want them to be able to edit the survey itself (like changing the questions/possible responses, etc)? The documentation below maybe useful in generating a URL that passes the globalID of a selected feature to Survey123: Integrate with other apps—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation Best, Megan

Hello Dana, License Manager 2019.0 supports ArcGIS Pro up to and including version 2.4.x. License Manager 2019.2 supports ArcGIS Pro up to and including 2.5.x. 2019.0 supported software: Supported software products—License Manager Guide | Documentation 2019.2 supported software: Supported software products—License Manager Guide | Documentation So for authorizing ArcGIS Pro 2.4, you should be good to go with 2019.0. License Manager is backwards compatible though, so I personally like to run the most recent version of License Manager. Now if you are going to stay at License Manager 2019.0, take a look at this patch: ArcGIS License Manager 2019.0 License Availability Display Patch . If you have 2019.1 or newer installed, you do not need the patch, but it will be relevant to your current 2019.0 License Manager. Best, Megan

Hello Scott, When you created the "Updaters" group, what update setting did you specify for the group? To find this, just navigate to the group's setting page- it's the answer to "What items in the group can its members update?" Best, Megan

Hello Stanley, In general, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop use completely different licenses and follow different naming conventions. An advanced license in ArcMap is called "Desktop Advanced" while an advanced license in Pro is called "ArcGIS Pro Advanced." I am not positive if Student licenses work the same way, but this may be the root of the issue- it looks like only the desktop licenses are authorized on your ArcGIS Administrator. By default, ArcGIS Pro licenses are distributed as Named User licenses- they belong to an ArcGIS Online Organization and are assigned to specific usernames via that Organization. When you purchased your student license, did you by chance receive an email from customer service about activating an ArcGIS Online subscription? Details on this can be found below: Activate subscription—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation ArcGIS Desktop license types—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Best, Megan

Hi Billy, In addition to Will's questions, I have a few: Roughly how many edits are you attempting to sync- a few, 10s, 100s? Do the features you created/edited have attachments? Are you logging into Collector with ArcGIS Online or Portal? Is the layer(s) an ArcGIS Online Hosted Feature Layer or an ArcGIS Server service? Best, Megan
