Onboarding – Steps for Administrator (your current IT Administrator will need to update your permissions in My Esri to administrator as well) Invite Users to My Esri (to allow Download & e-Learning access) Signed into My Esri (https://my.esri.com) under “My Organizations” tab Select Users menu and then “Invite Users” option Email addresses can be added manually or uploaded all together via a CVS or XLSX file Ensure “Download software” and “Access e-Learning” permissions are selected and then send invitation(s) Assign ArcGIS Pro licenses in ArcGIS Online Detailed steps with screenshots outlined here: Assign and ArcGIS Pro add-on license Enable Esri Access Once the users have been assigned licenses in ArcGIS Online, the usernames will need to have Esri access enabled, as in the steps here: Enable Esri access for members Onboarding – Steps for End User *Note: Please ensure that you have allowed the email address notifications@esri.com to your safe list for your email inbox to ensure that you receive invitations to the My Esri site Download ArcGIS Pro Once you have been granted access to the My Esri site, sign into the My Esri site (https://my.esri.com) and under the “My Organizations” tab, select the Downloads menu and then “View Downloads” next to ArcGIS Pro.
