Hi Michael, Try adding a Process counter instead for the services you want to monitor, such as ArcGISServer or ArcGISPortal. Maybe the subdomain is preventing the WinService extension script from accessing it. Hope it helps, John

Hi Naveen, Yes, hosted services requests can be captured by the IIS log that are not recorded in the ArcGIS Server FINE log mode. I suggest adding the System Log Parser for IIS extension in ArcGIS Monitor to view stats/usage for hosted services. Best Regards, John

Hi Diane, Check the token url such as (https://serverhost.domain.com:6443/arcgis/tokens/generateToken ) works in a browser and can successfully gener ate a token. There should be no need to manually edit/update the token config (JSON). If the token is generated, it should allow System Log Parser to access the logs. Also check the ArcGIS Server url such as (https://serverhost.domain.com:6443/arcgis ) is accessible from the machine running System Log Parser using the ArcGIS Server admin credentials. Hope it helps. If you need more assistance with System Log Parser, Esri Professional Services offers consulting support. Best Regards, John

Hi Michael, Check that the target system can be monitored with the standard System counter type in ArcGIS Monitor before adding this extension. You might need to set Windows permissions to allow monitoring. The error above happens when the target system cannot be accessed to find the Services. Hope it helps, John

Hi David, In the EgdbSQL_Readme, the troubleshooting section suggests to add a line to your connection string (located in C:\ArcGIS Monitor\Administrator\resources\app\bin\EgdbSQL\sqlserver) about the CLR Type, for example: ;Type System Version=SQL Server 2017 Hope it helps. Hi Matt, In ArcGIS Monitor 10.7, we added alert options for started or stopped state of a service. When the service is set to running, value is 1. When the service's state is stopped, value is 0. To set an alert for a stopped service named Portland10 for example, you would set: Best Regards, John

Hi Kirk, Yes, make sure port 6443 is open for monitoring ArcGIS servers. Port 22 is the default SSH port on Linux. Please check your /etc/ssh/sshd_config that port 22 is being used , then that port will need to be open to connect to your server via SSH.
