Arcmap 10.6 for Desktop - So its been a couple weeks, if not a month since last starting up arcmap on windows 10 computer. Currently running through a few online course tutorials. Anyway, so while working initially with a basemap, the application soon fails to update the display 10 minutes into a particular arcmap instance starting. It fails to acknowledge: - Panning the display area - Turning off/on different layers - Switching between data frame, even between data view to layout view - Zoom out/in Tried removing basemap, and clearing display cache without any result. Background processing is disabled. Edit: while a new\fresh instance will help briefly, this issue will occur again as soon as the 'swipe' (viewer\button from image analysis or from effects toolbars) is used. Essentially, I am lacking a number of coordinate systems necessary for multiple data sets that I am working with. I was wondering if there might be any library or archive online through which you can download more projections and coordinate systems? I couldn't find any with Esri.
