In case anyone is looking for the answer, the prompt functionality is a capability of the feature template itself, and you can set up a rule to warn a user that that field hasn't been populated.

Was asked by a conference attendee if attribute rules will be supported in the web in the (near) future.

Hello, I am doing a presentation on common attribute assistant workflows and whether or not they can be replicated using attribute rules in ArcGIS Pro. we have managed to perform most of the workflows we are testing, but aren't having any luck replicating the PROMPT method in ArcGIS Pro using Attribute Rules. Does anyone know if this functionality exists in Pro - either using Attribute Rules or by some other reasonably similar way? thanks!

I have a survey that has a host of select_one questions. Each set of questions is categorized, each category has between 1 and 4 questions. The first thing i need to do is find the average score for each category of questions, and then find the total overall average. The issue i'm having is that one of the categories has a relevant question. So the user is asked the first select_One question, and then if they select '1' (first option) they move on to the next category. If they select 2,3,or 4 from the first select_One question, they are presented with 3 more questions in that category. I would like to get the average for that category by using an if statement, but i cant get it to work. for example: if the answer to question 1 is '1', leave the total for this category as 1, otherwise tally up the answers to all the questions in this category and divide by the total number of questions. I keep getting an error: Invalid calculate for the bind attached to ${calculatefield} Here is my example. Field i'm trying to calculate is ${calculatefield}, type is decimal and bind type is decimal. anyone have any ideas!? if (selected( $ {Question1}, '1' )), number( $ {Question1}), (number( $ {Question1}) + number( $ {Question2}) + number( $ {Question3}) + number $ {Question4}) div 4

Thanks Zhifang Wang.. if the current behaviour is a bug, then there would be no need for the user to create a new folder from the Data page of survey 123. Thanks!

We have also experienced this. When i authored the survey, my folder dropdown in the Data > report section on the Survey 123 website was populated with my root folder for arcGIS Online The user who was trying to generate a report (so, not the author) did not have his root folder location as an option, and had to go into ArcGIS Online, create a folder, and then it was able to select this new folder from the dropdown list I guess my first question for James Tedrick is, since this user is logged in, why isn't their root folder showing up? Is this expected ? Second is, i was hoping these users would never have to log into ArcGIS Online. they use surveys in the field app and generate reports from the survey123 website. Is there a way around having them login just to create a folder? Thanks!

This is working great.. i'm doing this for surveys on known locations around the coastline of canada...i was hoping to hide the geopoint from the end user (not just readonly) and avoid having to make caches for areas where devices are offline, and just relying on the point being calculated from the lat long in the external csv. i *think* i've read everything and tested what i could - am i correct in that this is still not possible? (hidden doesn't seem to work as there doesn't appear to be an bind::esri:fieldType of geometry, and the appearance setting of 'hide-input' doesn't seem to do anything.).. would be great since we can calculate the geopoint to then just make the whole thing unavailable to the end user. Sometimes I'm right in that I HAVE done this easily in the past and i HAVE lost my mind.. sigh the very technical 'scroll down on the check' reveals that you can set the error condition to search for duplicates just a little farther down In the dialog. totally OOTB, no thinking required

I feel like this is simple AND i've done it before.. the batch file for DR address management seems to have lost its SQLs for geometry on geometry, as have my own personal .rbj files leading me to believe i'm losing my mind!!!!!! So - is there a way to use the Geometry on Geometry check to find segments that touch but have the same FROM_LEFT and TO_LEFT / FROM_RIGHT and TO_RIGHT? (essentially duplicate address ranges like one might get after batch splitting segments and NOT prorating addresses ) THANKS!
