Hi, I recently installed ArcGIS 10.3 but had to uninstall and re install ArcGIS 10.0 with sp5. The install went fine but now I cannot open any of my MXDs. It gives the error: "The program can't start because ArcGISFileHelperLibEx.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". How do I accomplish this?

I did build footprints and overviews but the image is only being displayed at a 20,000 scale and not at all scales. Any help?

Hi All, I have a situation where many image tiles were georeferenced, and a mosaic dataset created for these images, the image has spatial values. However, when viewed in ArcCatalog the mosaic image is not being display at its supposed actual extent.; neither can it be displayed in a vierwer above a scale of 20,000. Any ideas?

I am trying to join a table to a parcrl layer based on parcel ID. The validation run indicate that 8000+ records corresponds but after the join nothing shows in the output table. Please help!!! Any Ideas to accomplish this?

Yes, but you would have to use Add Join, say four times (if you have four different tables) in a sequence. Would you not?

Hi, I have a polygon featureclass and wish to join several tables to this FC in a model, producing a single layer with all tables. What is the best and most efficient way to go about this? Any ideas? Thanks,
