James, Thanks for joining the discussion. Good news, I just found the issue....although I'm a bit embarrassed to share our mistake. The user that was trying to use the bulk save feature hadn't ever created a folder in their My Content section of ArcGIS Online. We were expecting the user to be able to save the exported reports in an existing folder created by another user. We were thinking of the Content folders like they are shared between our authenticated users and expecting a folder created by one user to be accessible by another.

After testing it yesterday and thinking we had it working by changing the user's Role to be Publisher, this morning I found it to not be working again. No matter what we try, we cannot get the bulk printing to work consistently. I still feel like there is something simple we are missing and I wish someone from ESRI would help us get this solved.

Thanks for the suggestion. I finally got ours working too, but it took changing the user's Role to be Publisher. According to the replies above from ESRI staff, that doesn't make sense and shouldn't be necessary....but it works.

Thanks for the suggestion. That isn't the issue either. To even select a folder, the switch has to be toggled. We toggle it but no folders are listed. I've even tried removing the user from the Group that has permissions to view the submitted surveys and adding them back. Still no luck.

Phil, Thanks for that idea, but that's not the issue. This user has been using the survey for quite some time and is in a group that has access.

I attended the ESRI conference last week and was excited to learn about the new ability to bulk print survey reports. Now that I'm back home and giving it a try, I've run into an issue that I'm hoping someone can help with. When logged in to Survey123 with my user (the user who authored the survey), I can bulk print reports without issue. When another user in our organization is logged in, she cannot use the bulk print feature. She is not able to select a folder location for the exported .zip file to be saved in. I assumed she was missing a necessary permission required for this task, but I can't find any setting that seems to fix her issue. Her user is set as Level 2 with a role of User, which is the same as mine. Any ides why the folders wouldn't show up for her to select from? Is bulk printing limited to the survey author only?

Thanks Brandon. I've read the docs and have d eleted the feature service layers and republished. I think this will likely fix us up. Still don't understand how one user would authenticate to the Survey123 site and see different results from others, but we'll move on.

Brandon, Thanks for the quick reply and the link to the documentation. I've reviewed the link and it leads me think that when we republished our survey the feature service was recreated, but the corresponding feature layer wasn't deleted. I'm still not 100% clear if I'm understanding correctly that each feature service should only have one feature layer? I also don't know the uses of the "Feature Layer (hosted)" vs. the "Feature Layer (hosted, view). I used Connect to build the survey originally and to make changes to the. I also use Connect to publish the survey. I did use the survey123.arcgis.com site to adjust the Collaboration permissions.

We have a survey that we've been tweaking/updating over the course of the last few months that we are now experiencing problems with. When I log into Survey123 as the user who owns the survey, I can see 8 records that have been submitted. When another user logs in, they can only see 2 records that have been submitted. The really odd part is that the 2 records the non-owner can see aren't in the list of 8 records I can see as the owner. I assumed we were having some type of permissions issue, but I've checked everything I can think of don't have the ability to give the non-admin user any more rights (the user is in a group that can submit and analyze the survey). I'm still new to Survey123, so I started poking around a bit in the Content folder for the Survey (where the feature layers are created). For this particular survey, I see we have 3 layers that are "Feature Layer (hosted)" and 1 stakeholder layer that is a "Feature Layer (hosted, view)." The other odd thing I see is that the 2 records the non-owner user can see when logging in are in the data tab of one of the older feature layers. The 8 records I can see as the owner are in the most recent feature layer. So now, a few questions: 1) Does a new layer get created each time we republish the survey with new changes (fields/answer options/etc)? If so, should the older feature layers automatically be removed? If they aren't automatically cleaned up/removed, should I manually be deleting them? 2) Is there any explanation as to why a non-owner user is seeing data in an older layer and not the data in the most recently updated feature layer? 3) Am I even barking up the right tree here thinking the problem is with the feature layers?

I'm working on my first Custom Print report for Survey123. My survey was created using Survey123 Connect. In my XLS form, I have a few groups. Each group has a repeat inside it. None of the groups or repeats are nested. The default Print function properly shows data repeated within each group, but I cannot get it to work on my custom report. Here's a screenshot of the XLS form definition: Here's a screenshot of the Schema Preview in Connect: Here's a screenshot of the repeat defined in my report template: I've been banging my head on this seemingly simple issue for a bit. What am I missing? I've tried defining the image size, adding and removing the ${crewmember_name} field from the repeat (removed in screenshot above) and just about anything else I can think of.
