Wow - thanks!! We did not have any tile layers, but we did have a hosted view layer (that I had forgotten about). I deleted that, and now everything seems to be working as before. ~ Carrie

Hello, We have been using a hosted feature layer on ArcGIS Online since early 2018. The layer was published from a geodatabase consisting of a polygon Nature Preserve boundary layer, 3 point layers, and several tables. Point layers and tables are each related to the Nature Preserve Boundary layer (one polygon to many points and to many table entries). Mostly, everything has been working well until in early 2019, I made three edits and now can no longer add fields to any of the features within the service, nor can I add new coded domains. Please help! The edits I made were: 1) Edit hosted feature layer name (PreserveReports_2018 to PreserveReports_2019) 2) Add new code to list of existing coded value domains (this domain is used to link relationships) 3) Appended new data to polygon layer I made the edits over a few weeks, but honestly didn't realize until a month ago that the layer no longer functions properly, so I don't know which edit/data append caused the problem. It appears that I am still able to append new data, but I cannot add new values to coded domains nor can I add new fields. Ideas?? I really need this layer up and running - we currently cannot collect new reports (stored as tables) for a new Nature Preserve we have added. Thanks in advance, ~ Carrie

We use a single hosted feature service to collect information about a variety of our permanently protected Preserves. The feature service consists of a polygon layer (Preserve boundaries) with related points (photos, concerns, weeds) and related tables (monitoring report, action report). All was working more or less ok until one of the point layers stopped symbolizing in ArcGIS online. It is still visible in desktop or when downloaded in a Collector map on a tablet. Technical support staff tells me I need to re-publish the layer. I download the layer, make a few improvements while I am at it, and re-publish. The newly published version of the former hosted feature service works well online. But it won't download to Collector - I receive two different error messages (but mostly the second one), described here: https://community.esri.com/thread/212690-arcgis-collector-download-error-unable-to-create-web-map-and-download-error-unable-to-create-replica-please-check-your-parametersm-create-replica-internal-error I am at a loss. I have 30 volunteers plus myself who regularly collect information using this hosted feature service and we are at a standstill until I can get the feature service to download and to be visible online for review. Since the post above, I have copied the file geodatabase and re-published, but run into the same issue. Does anyone have suggestions? Thank you so much, ~ Carrie

Hello, Although this is an old thread I thought I would give this a try - I am experiencing a very similar problem trying to download a feature service with related features and tables and photo attachments. I get a variety of error messages when trying to download to Collector version 18.0.1, build 1031 and ArcMap 10.5. I'm trying to figure out how to attach a copy of the geodatabase, and in the meantime have shared as "2018_PreserveReports_v4_1" with ESRI Support through ArcGIS Online. The same set up used to work well before I had to download, update, and republish. Any ideas? ~ Carrie

Update - I removed a point feature that had caused problems in the past in other iterations of this geodatabase, and republished. No luck. Any ideas??

I have published a hosted feature service from a file geodatabase twice using ArcMap 10.5. The first feature service would not download to Collector (version 18.0.1, build 1031) with the error "Unable to construct a WebMapLayer". I checked the geometry of the desktop geodatabase, separated one point with sub-domains into two separate points (in case the sub-domain was causing a problem), and published again as a new feature service. I still cannot download this feature service, but now get the download error " "Unable to create replica. Please check your parameters., Create replica internal error.". The service is visible and editable online. Help please!!

Yes - we would like to create a survey based on an existing hosted feature layer. This layer is a polygon and related table. We would like to be able to send a Survey123 link to enter new data into the table. I tried to create the survey in Survey123 Connect ->New Survey -> Feature Service. I have attached images of how our geodatabase is set up, and how our relationship is set up. Thanks for your help! ~ Carrie

My volunteer Nature Preserve Stewards are used to accessing our Monitoring Reports and Stewardship Action Reports via related tables to their nature preserve boundary. I do not want to disrupt their workflow entirely, but do want to create a table-based survey for easier sharing/internet data entry of the table "Report". The parent polygon has 2 related tables (polygon GlobalID:child table GUID) and 3 related point types and when I open Survey123 Connect, only one point type seems to be recognized to create a survey on. Help?
