Hi all, We tried to report an issue with hosted feature services (we're based in the UK) and instead of the previously available direct service disruption reporting facility - we had to raise a tech support case - which takes days to get going. The "Report ArcGIS Online Service Disruption" button was still there, but looped right back to "Request Case" when selected. Why is this, please? Surely the whole point of the ArcGIS Online health Dashboard is to be aware of what's happening at the moment (or at least the same day) and to be able to report issues you're experiencing - not what might have been happening a week or so ago? Surely timely reporting on any issues allows Esri to action/target repairs in an effective way, as well. Many thanks!

Hi, Since the 9th May, we seem to be having trouble with some survey123 forms being invisible on the Survey123 website. Seemingly at random, some forms do not show on the Survey123 website, for some users (even if the corresponding hosted feature content etc is accessible on AGOL). We are all Creators, Administrators/ Designated Administrators with licences for Field Apps bundle, Essential Apps Bundle, and Office Apps Bundle. All Survey123 forms (with or without issues) are associated with AGOL hosted feature content/service definitions etc. that we can all access/edit without problem - all content is shared with the entire organisation and groups that we are all members of. Curiously, apart from the associated hosted feature content/service definition etc. that's accessible to all on AGOL, we can all see the "problem forms" listed on AGOL, as well. However, when we click on the form and select "view item details" and then "manage in Survey123 website" we get an error message that claims that the account is not licensed for Survey123 (screen cap copied below). If we choose to try and open the problem form in "edit in Survey123 connect" - Survey123 comes up with an error claiming that our AGOL URL "is not on your ArcGIS Portal list" (even though we are logged in and can access other forms). So not only are the surveys invisible on the Survey123 website (and inaccessible on Survey123 Connect), they do appear on AGOL, but cannot be accessed via AGOL (if that makes sense?). Even more curiously, the "problem forms" are accessible to the same user (who cannot view the form on the Survey123 website) on the Survey123 App - i.e. the same user can collect and sync data on e.g. a tablet - without issue - but cannot view the collected data/form on Survey123 website. We have so far tried clearing all browsing data (history, cookies and all) from Chrome. We all use Chrome to access AGOL/Survey123/etc. We've checked data sharing settings, licences etc. Since the 9th of May - some survey forms have worked fine and some haven't - seemingly at random. Have there maybe been some changes on (or around) the 9th of May to Survey123, please? Any help much appreciated Thanks, Susanna

Following some further investigation - it would appear that the issue is linked to which keyboard input is selected. The issue manifests on the Huawei tablets only with “SwiftKey Keyboard”. When using the standard Google keyboard, there were no issues with text field entries.

Hi all, We're having problems with the latest version of the app (3.0.134) on our Android 7 (Huawei T3 10, AGS-W09) tablets. Basically, our field surveyors report that with "free text" fields, when you hit return, the last typed word is deleted, and when adding text amongst previously typed text - the entire text field is "scrambled" (funny characters/rearranged characters/etc). I should mention that this does not happen on the same version of Survey123 app (3.0.134) on our iPads. Has anyone else experienced this, please? Any suggested solutions, please? Many thanks.

Hi! We seem to have a problem with Arc10 with some CAD drawings - this problem did not occur on Arc 9.3.1 or any other earlier versions - we've actually tested the same CAD drawings on different Arc versions. When using the polyline (or polygon) feature class from CADs (DWG) the arc segment at the end of a CAD polyline feature appears as a line pointing towards the CAD drawing's origin (i.e. X=0, Y=0). The problem always involves a curved section at the end of the polyline feature and never a curved section in the middle of a polyline... If we export the CAD polyline/polygon to shape files/geodatabase feature classes the lines translate as parts of the whole feature - and to get rid of them - we need to actually split each individual line separately and then delete the "imaginary" line part and then re-draw the arc segment that they were intended to show - which is extremely time-consuming. In pre-Arc10 versions these "imaginary" lines are not visible - nor do they get exported to shape files/geodatabase feature classes as parts of features. The problem can perhaps best be described visually - I've attached 2 screen prints, one of the polyline feature class viewed in ArcCatalog 9.2 (looking/behaving as it should) and one of the polyline feature class in ArcCatalog 10 showing the said lines pointing towards the CAD drawing's origin. The effect is quite "striking"... Anyone out there with a similar problem - urgent help needed 🙂
