ArcScene Projects becoming corrupted

Hi everyone, I am having problems with my ArcScene. When I create a new Scene I can add layers and every thing works fine. But when I come back a day or two later the scene no longer draws the layers correctly.  Zooming in and out is not smooth. Features change shape as you zoom around the scene. When you use the navigator tool the scene is very shaky. Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Thanks, Cody  ... View more

Would also be nice if you could set a Fixed map rotation to your web map or when you publish a map service the rotation you set in the data frame properties is applied to the map service.  ... View more

Web App Map Rotation

Hi all, I would like to Create a web app with a set map rotation. In arcmap you can set a rotation in the Data Frame Properties window. When I publish the map service, portal/web app builder ignores the rotation set. I there any way in portal/webapp builder to set a fixed map rotation? Thanks ... View more
