Ahh yes..the dreaded join issue. That's been around for a while in different forms with different apis. Have you ever done a composite geocoder, it's one built off multiple individual geocoders. I'm using one currently for our geocoder. It looks at an address range and an address point geocoder. If you were to build one that looked for Owner Name, one that looked for parcel number, etc etc. then build a composite using those, publish it perhaps it would get you the results you wanted.

I'm embarrassed that took this long to figure out. It has a network dataset so if you don't have the Network Analyst extension installed and turned on in ArcCatalog you won't be able to modify the network or features that take part in it.

Don't know if I'm trying a workflow that isn't supported but I have copied a .tpk over to an android tablet to use as a basemap. I have a feature service that has ags security turned on mainly for editor tracking purposes. My crew chiefs don't want to take the application offline but love the responsiveness and speed of the basemap when it is stored on the device. The problem we're seeing is that when we switch to the local basemap the secured features turn themselves off and can't be turned back on. When I set the service to open this doesn't happen but the user name gets recorded as Esri_anonymous in the editor field. This isn't a showstopper but would be really nice to know if this can be done, local basemap, online secured service. Thanks for any input.

Do you have a link where I can download that database. I'm a little suspicious of it myself. Especially since it's an mdb, those things are notorious for staying locked when they're really not.

It could also be compressed. I can't remember if a compressed fgdb feature class needs to be uncompressed first.
