Hey Ephraim Bryski! I downloaded your KML and when I imported it into my ArcGIS Pro 2.4.2 Project, I see the same error. I think it's worth checking out what the error documentation says - 000401: No features were found for processing.—Help | ArcGIS Desktop If those suggestions don't help, you very well may be hitting a defect that we have logged here BUG-000108043 - The KML To Layer tool returns the following error, "Error 000401: No features were found for processing" when using a KML file that is not in a standard format. I'd suggest reaching out to us here in Technical Support to get a case logged. Then we can verify if you are hitting the above, and attach you to the defect. The current workaround is to verify that the KML file displays correctly in Google Earth (as you already have). If so, export the KML content again from Google Earth by saving it as a new .kml or .kmz file and retry the process in ArcMap/Pro. Hope this helps! Kiersten

Hi Tom, I've heard this question a couple of times. The short answer (I believe) is no. The points are placed based on their location and Z value. In order to get the "stacked" and extruded look I believe you are referencing: Start your first point at the ground level and extrude to the height value desired (could be based on an attribute in your data) The next point (zvalue) should START at the same height in which the previous was extruded to, and the extrusion value would be an attribute value in the data. You can set an expression in the appearance tab to follow the above extrusion structure This is a post on a different thread about ArcScene, but as you'll see from Xander where he is taking a similar approach by stacking on top of one another. https://community.esri.com/thread/70656 An example would be: Point 1: Begins at 0, extruded to 15 feet Point 2: Begins at 15 feet, extruded to 30 feet Point 3: Begins at 30 feet, extruded to 50 feet And so on .. Hopefully this helps in some way ! Best, Kiersten

Hi Mody Buchbinder, Sounds like an odd issue you have here. I don't know of any known/documented issues with Oracle 11g enterprise geodatabase connections and ArcGIS Po 2.4. Some suggestions for you to help narrow down why this might be happening: Are all of your geodatabases on this instance experiencing the same performance level decrease? Do you have another Oracle instance to test with? What version level is the enterprise geodatabase itself? If you have not upgraded in quite a while, you might want to consider this: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/geodatabases/overview/client-geodatabase-compatibility.htm Is the connection/layer drawing slow for all users or just your database user? What about on a different user profile on the machine? Does your local data have the same problem, or only data coming from Oracle? Have you tried deleting the connection completely and adding the database connection to the project again? How is the performance level of that geodatabase in ArcMap? Still okay? Best, Kiersten

Hey Jay, I took a look into the functionality you are referencing here and I agree, there seems to be no way to alter the transparency with the 3D version of the widget. I made a couple test applications to see, but I do not see any way to alter the transparency at this time. The functionality is limited with the 3D widgets overall. I think this is a really useful and valid enhancement request, though. Take a look at the Ideas Page and consider posting this idea there. I took a look and I don't see any prior posts with your idea. https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas Best, Kiersten
