Hi Shwu-jing Jeng, Thanks for your quick respond. Sorry for my late respond, I was out of the office. I opened a support ticket few days ago on this subject. When I provided the map details I've been told that my map include tiled cache layer that is not shared publicly - this is a known issue which prevent the map from loading in Survey123. Linked custom webmap issues at field app

We are experiencing some issues with the webmap that linked to the survey. Our survey linked to custom web map which is set as the default basemap. Most of the times it doesn't show up when the user is trying to locate the spot of the survey. Instead it arrives as a grey background: The map is shared only with authorized group of users, the same one that authorized to work with a survey it linked to. Does anyone have any suggestions? ... Thanks Owen for the information and your prompt response. I hope there will be a way in future release to force the Hebrew locale in Storymap Collection (as in Storymap) for readers who use other language settings in browser/OS or AGOL account. It will be very useful. Url parameter locale is not working with Storymap inside Storymap Collection

Hi I'm trying to use the new Storymap inside Storymap Collection. The Storymap is in Hebrew and in order to have the text direction from right to left I'm adding ?&locale=he to the end of the url address of the published Storymap. It works great for a single Storymap, and also for the  Storymap Collections entrance page, I get Hebrew interface and text direction is from right to left as expected, but when entering one of the Storymaps inside the Collection the direction is changed back to left to right. Is there something I can do to force the story map Hebrew locale inside a Storymap Collection? ... View more
