I have a Collector App set up for Inspecting Storm Water Management Ponds. Each pond is represented in a polygon layer and is related to an inspections table (1 to many). Both the pond layer and inspections table are in Oracle, related via ArcGIS Catalog and published as a feature service in ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 Using an iPad, when I view an inspection record, the Date fields show up as long comma separated numbers. In the pond layer, the data fields show up properly as "December 21, 2018 6:00:00 pm". In the database itself, these values are exactly the same. In the Web Map, all of the date fields for both the pond layer and the inspection table are configured the same ( December 21, 2018 6:00:00 pm ). I have tried various web map configurations, but none of the inspection records' show the date properly in the related table pop-up window. Note: The same configuration displays date and time fields properly on my Android device.

Both the pond layer and inspections table are in Oracle, related via ArcGIS Catalog and published as a feature service in ArcGIS Server 10.3.1. Using an iPad, I am unable to add an inspection record related to the pond. In the pop-up window for the storm pond, when I click 'New', the app tries to get a GPS fix for the new record, even though the table has no geometry. The app will not accept the new inspection record citing “Valid Location Required - Collect a location by using your current position or tapping on the map”. Note: The workflow works perfectly on an Android device, but my customer uses only iPads. Burke

Please add to the Public Notification widget the ability to add/remove selected features from the selection set. The user should be able to add new features to the selected set (perhaps by clicking while holding CTRL or SHIFT). In addition, clicking on a selected feature should remove it from the selection set. This is is critical.
