Hello Jay, I got the same error message when I published the first time my form without creating a related table because the begin repeat and end repeat statement cannot be handled without relational tables i.e one to many relation. You don't have choice, for this to work you must define a related table as a feature layer in AOL. In my case I used GlobalID as Primary key to to relate the geometry point table and the inspection table and republish the feature layer to ArcGIS Online Organizational account as a service. When you build your survey form using a feature layer you should be able to set your form using the repeat statement to display your images and audios in Survey 123 built-in form.. Hope this help... Cheers,

Hello Jay, All your selected data type variables should be inside the begin repeat and end repeat statement. See attach below is the Excel sheet I configured to display the camera in the form. You should be able to attach your images and audios. Regards,

Hi James, I did not realize that these options were available in the tutorial videos on Survey 123. I test with my survey and see if it works as I hope ... I test and I get back to you on that. Thanks again! Regards,

Hi, I have a 6 question survey with three scenarios to inventory and monitor the status of the display Advertising billboard. For the first scenario on the presence of the module, if the answer to question 1 is No, end of the questionnaire. The surveyor must report the incident to the repair team via WorkForce. If the answer to question 1 is Yes, he must continue to question 2 and so on ...Scenario 2. If the answer is Yes to Question 1 and No to question 4, we go to question 5. If No, end of the survey. Scenario 3 is identical to 2. If the answer is Yes to question 1 to 3, we continue. On the other hand, if the answer is no to question 4, we go to question 5 which identifies and ticks the choice of breakage on the list of items and go to question 6 to send a repair request or a replacement. How can I handle the survey with this scenarios? Regards,

Hello Brett, Thank you for your reply. You have just confirmed my doubt on this issue. In reality, the modifications of the inspection points via the Inbox tab make it possible to complete the answers to the questions via the form module and actually in my case I had implemented the begin repeat and end repeat function to allow the recurrence of inspections on the same point. So, I just modified the form and add the camera in the begin repeat and end repeat block and it works. However, it seems obvious to ask for an improvement to introduce this functionality in Edit mode in the InBox. I will do it on my side to give more chance to see this addition in the next versions. Thank you! Regards,

Hello, I created a form based on a point feature layer representing inspections on the state of snow removal to complete the survey. To complete the investigation, the field agent must select the point to modify and complete the survey. Everything works well, but when he tries to use the camera to take photos, it is not available in edit mode in the InBox tab. Bellow see attachment for the issue. When I created the form I set up the camera which is available in the Collect tab form. Any clues regarding this issue would be appreciated. Regards,

Hi James, Thank you for your reply.! I am currently on the track that you suggest to me. I created from a post that I read in GeoNet ... So, to be clear, I inform you that I'm not trying to edit point geometry. My initial idea was to create a new form from the Collector Hosted Feature Layer, following the example provided by the following post: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016 / 07/30 / understanding-survey123s-custom-url-scheme. Unfortunately, with this approach, I was not able to store temporal information on status, status and quality of inspections. Next, I would like to complete the survey with recurring spot inspections during the winter season during clearing and snow loading operations. Inspection points are fixed measurement points. In reality what is changing is the frequency of passage on the same point at a given time interval. This is the information I would like to collect and store via Surveys123. This information gives us an overview of the status and quality of snow removal operations over time. I'll experiment with your suggestion by creating an inspection relationship table and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Regards,

Hi Goug, My question is not related to showing or hiding the form launch link as you mentioned. My issue is about how to record inspections status using points locations previously surveyed and adding status information's quality based on subsequent visitations. Because the field workers group would like to have the status of the point visitation situation occuring during the season... Regards,

Hi Craig, Thank you Craig, and sorry to respond a little late to your post ... Thank you Craig, and sorry to respond a little late to your post ... That's exactly what I'm trying to achieve in this issue of inspecting the quality of snow removal operations. In my case the inspection points were made using Collector and then I got back the Collector inspection information and I created a Survey123 form using the Collector entity layer and adding the related information the status of the quality of the operations at a given date and time. The Survey 123 form is based on the status of the following assets: Sewer manhole, intersection between the roadway and sidewalk, with the indicator as "Cleared" or "Not Cleared" indicator and a last status consisting of monitor the risk of ice formation indicating the degree of it's formation by assigning the following values: "low", "medium" and "high" as value domains in the Geodatabase. In my case, when I loaded the points in Survey 123 connect and try to select the point from the ID and fill it more than once, it overwrites the information entered previously. While I thought Survey was going to duplicate the fields and save the information based on the date and time. I would like you to share more about your approach. Perhaps, there are steps that I have not done properly. Thank you again for your answer! Regards,
