I have created an "Add date selector" from the Header in my Dashboard.  The problem that I am having is when I select a date the Map does not change according to that new date filter.  When I am looking at the settings of the Map there is a question mark next to the feature.  What does that question mark mean?  What makes that question mark appear?  Is the feature layer corrupted or something?  See my picture for reference.     ... I am new to Insights.  I have survey123 data that I would like to do statistics with but I am having trouble figuring Insights out.  What I have is surveys collected in one day ex: 20 surveys.  I have in one of the fields a count of how many people were helped from that one survey taken by field worker; lets say 10 people and throughout the day the count reaches 100 people for those 20 surveys.  I want to see a list/graph of the % decrease.  This allows decision makers to stop using survey123 when % is low enough.  Any help would be wonderful.  Also any great esri resource pages on insights would be great too.     ... When I create a new workforce project and share it I am the only one who can go to the configure page to add new assignments/users etc.  Is that by design?  If someone else needs to change something do they have to take ownership? ... View more

I have just started learning about Workforce and specifically learning about tracking and I have noticed that it still shows someone's last known location even after they turn off location services/log off the app.  I see their last known location in the dispatcher map. Even when logged out of the App completely, it still shows last known location of field workers.  Is this by design?  Any information you can share on this would be helpful Thanks ... View more

I want to use Workforce to help for disaster management.  We have PII restrictions and privacy issues we need to iron out before we use it.  My questions are these: Does the Workforce app store locations of field workers locations? I want to create Category Selector of the workers from Workforce to change Dashboard indicators on Assigned Assignments, Completed Assignments that I have set up.  All the options I have tried does not update those indicators.  Am I just not setting it up correctly?  My example: I want to select "Optimus Prime" as my worker in the Category Selector and have my Assigned and Completed indicators display that workers progress to show that Optimus Prime has been assigned 10 assignments and completed 3 assignments. ... I am creating a line graph using survey123 data.  What I want to show is a line graph with the date/count of how many types of surveys were submitted (apple orange pear) as well as the total number of surveys submitted for that day.  I am not able to add the these two things into one line graph display.  Is this possible in the dashboard? ...
