When trying to set balance variables, I get the following message: "selected territory level does not have variables suitable for balance or constrain territories" I added level variables from my base layer that I enriched with home household size, value, income, etc... Shouldn't I be able to set these variables in "set balance variables" and "solve" again to create new a new Territory layer balanced with these variables? Thanks!

I'm working on a response to a military opportunity for feature classification. The opportunity mentions a geographic data schema for: “116 military standard entities” like, reservoirs, farms, etc. Could they be referring to the Topographic Data Store (TDS) or are there other options? When working with Esri technology, I assume the TDS is the preferred schema? Thanks you!

Max Record Count is not our problem. The Max Record Count is t he number of features that can draw at one time from a hosted feature service. Our problem is adding features to the hosted feature service. It appears we cannot add more than 1,000 features. Thanks.

Using the ArcGIS Python API, we are adding point features to a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS online. We cannot add more than 1000 features. How do we increase this limit? This is not the same problem as viewing features as described here: Error: Layer did not draw completely because there are too many features to display Thanks!
