Do something like this: type name label username theusername Username The username question type will capture the currently logged-in user into a field in your layer, but will not be shown in your form. If you want to show the loggedin username into the form, use a note question as shown below: type name label username theusername Username note Username is ${theusername} For completeness, there is an alternative way to get the username using the property('username) function. However, this function only works in the Survey123 field app. At the moment, property('username') does not work in the Survey123 field app.

Short answer: Log in to arcgis.com Make a new webmap Add the feature-layer from Survey123 (add filter if you just want to show old plants). Save webmap Download Collector on your device (ios, Android, windows10) and open the webmap using the same user. Later you need to share the webmap and the feature layer with your colleagues. If your Survey123 users isn´t registered Arcgis.com users (couldn´t use Collector), I would just add the Feature layer from Survey123 to a new webmap that is public and do not allow user to edit data in the webmap. Then let your colleagues use the webmap in a webbrowser (online use only). Collector is a great application if you are offline - you should test it.
