I have a web map setup for hydrant inspections. I would like to come up with a solution for identifying which hydrants have not been inspected yet. I can do this in ArcMap using relates but I want to give other non-GIS people the ability to answer this questions quickly. Ideally it would be a 'button' that they could click on in a web map/web app and they would get a list of assets that are still due for inspection. So far I've looked at the various widgets in Web App Builder and the Perform Analysis tools available in the Web Map, but nothing seems to work. The closest I've come to finding something was by using the "Join Features Tool" under Perform Analysis--> Summarize Data in the Web Map. I can join the most current inspections to the hydrants using my unique ID field, but only the matching records are kept in the resulting layer. If I could keep all the records, then I could use a filter to get all the unmatched records (ie., the hydrants without an inspection). The nice thing I'm reading about the "Join Feature" tool is that the resulting layer can be saved as a hosted feature layer which would then allow the data to stay up-to-date without having to re-run the analysis. My first questions is, is there a way to set the Join Feature tool to keep all the records in the resulting layer? What other options do I have for accomplishing this? Thank you!

I have noticed the CCTV Processor is being replaced with CCTV Manager. The 64-bit Microsoft Access Database Engine is now a requirement for these tools to work. Will ESRI still provide a workaround for those of us who are still running the 32-bit version?

I am having the same error at 10.5.1. I am also getting an error message when trying to compress the database ("Failed to compress the database. Operation Failed [dbo.DEFAULT). I had 10.6 installed on another machine so I tried to access the locks or compress and I am getting the same exact error messages. I uninstalled 10.6 and went back to 10.3.1 and I am no longer getting either of those error message. It's been a very frustrating week. I upgraded from 10.3.1 to 10.6 and spent two days trying to figure out why I could no longer edit a versioned database. After calling tech support I was told there's a bug that affects 10.6 on Windows 7 so I downgraded to 10.5.1, went through the trouble of having to save all my .mxds to be compatible with an older version only to find out there's another bug at 10.5.1. I guess I'll be stuck at 10.3.1 until ESRI no longer supports it....

I am running into the same issue as Tristan because my version of Office is 32bit. Is there any way to get this new version of CCTV Processor to work for those of us who can't install the 64bit version of Office?

I have followed your steps and still no luck. Once I sign into with one of our AGOL accounts I can access any of my secured services without being prompted to authenticate.

I believe so. I don't remember exactly when I added that. I do remember that it was something an ESRI tech had recommended when troubleshooting a different issues I was having. Just as a test, I removed the server from the Trusted Site and tried to sign in/sign out but that didn't seem to make a difference.

Dan, no it does not. I have just tested it again. Once I reinstall the app, I am asked to sign in with an AGOL account but will not be prompted for credentials to the secured services. If I try to make a data edit so that I can see what credentials are stored, it's the last user. The version I just installed and tested is 17.0.4. I started getting this error at 17.0.3

Ok, thank you. I have tried that with no luck. Not sure what else to try, I hope ESRI can come up with a fix soon! Also, I wish there was a way to reinstall an older version of the app.

The Android version works fine, it's the iOS version that is not. I don't see where I would be able to remove a user in Collector for iOS, the only option I have is to Sign out. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and somehow the last user's credentials were still there.

I am having an issue with the latest release of Collector for iOS (17.0.3) where users are no longer being prompted to authenticate when accessing secured services (these are hosted on our own ArcGIS Server). We have tried several things to log off the previous user, including switching to a different ArcGIS Online account, restarting the app, even uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing works! Somehow the user credentials are saved. I have contacted ESRI and they have been able to replicate the issue on their end. A bug has been created and my case has been closed for now. I am trying to come up with a workaround as I have several field users who share an iPad and need them to sign in with their own credentials before conducting an inspection. The only way I could think of to force a user out was to temporary remove their access to the service by modifying their permissions in the Identity Store under ArcGIS Manager. I'm wondering if anybody has a better way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!

Thank you Mike. My problem is the Last Inspection Date field is only 4 characters long so I can't store the date in it. I was hoping I could combine an expression into this method but I guess that won't work. I think I will have to create a new field.

I am trying to accomplish something similar but I want to populate the Last Inspection Date in my asset feature class with the year (YYYY format). Is there a way to set up this method to return just the year part from a date field? Thanks!

Excited to see what the new model brings! I've taken the last model and made it fit my needs, but I'll definitely check out the new version when it comes out! I always learn something new! This might be beyond the scope of this solution, but one of the things I still struggle with is dealing with multiple inspections for the same pipe. Over time, we might end up CCTVing a pipe two three times (pre and post-construction). I'd like to be able to easily see or query the observations that are associated with a specific inspections. The PACP database does have some fields that can easily be used to establish a relationship between the inspections and the conditions , the problem is that ID is only unique within one database. I'm not quite sure what I would have to do to preserve that relationship once I append one set of inspections and observations to my master CCTV geodatabase.

Thanks Mike! I did try (and succeeded) to upload to ArcGIS online but noticed that there was no option to add the item to a map. So then I figured out what the documentation was referring to...
