Hi, So I have been given a code from someone that I spoke with at the Esri UC last year. I haven't had the chance to put it into use yet but I am planning on it. I had some other things come up but I will post the code once I get it implemented.

I submitted an idea similar to this awhile ago allowing us to add a third attribute to domains. Mine was intended for use in Survey123 But I could also see the benefit here as well. I have one application that around a 100 field techs use, and they don't need to see answers that pertain to other types of crews. I ended up having to create a domain for each group. Got kind of cumbersome. I like this idea.

If emptying the cache did nothing, then it may be a remnant as suggested. Try not to delete folders using your operating system, rename as suggested would be safest until you are sure your current version works, then delete

I hear you. Yes, once again the Web App Builder was JavaScript v3.x based (I belive with elemts of 4.x). The work to get it working in a web environment meant it had to be developed in the 4.x libraries and therefore 4.x. I expect to see more emerge over coming releases. I'm also hoping it's going to be more represented in the runtime based clients like Field Apps. The performance thing will be interesting. Given that you're editing through the web, if you're in an outpost with a cronky bit of copper between you and the server then it won't be fast, but neither would versioned editing in a two-tier environment! If it's all in-house and fibred up you should be good. I havent' benchmarked, which is something I need to do for myself and understand these workflows. Good luck with your research. It is a pain-point, I agree, but no different to adopting any new technology. All the best, and thanks for a really interesting discussion.

Since its only every so often, shouldn't be a problem setting the export location manually? So sorry I don't know how you could make this the same location each time for every user.

It is a hosted feature layer. It is the user that will be exporting data. In this case, I added the attribute widget which allows the user to export the data. Thank you for your suggestions.

You can do this with the Standard Label Engine using the Place label at specified angle option. in the image below the labels tried to place at 45 and when they couldn't, they tried the rest of the list of angles until they placed. We have an enhancement request to add this functionality to Maplex. Please keep adding kudos to this so that we know people are interested.

You should be able to add it via the AGOL interface for the feature layer, too. I've done this when updating published surveys with new select_one or select_multiple questions created from a new list. (As others have said, back up your feature layer before doing this) Update the list with the exact values you have in your list in the Survey123 XLS form.

have them do the data collection with Survey123, In S123 you can make select questions or photos mandatory. Otherwise it is a training issue. If you want to make it a suggestion go the the Suggest and Idea part of the Collector Forum

This is has been a high end request for many years for us. At the least we would like to be able to see which Web Apps, Web Maps are being used by a Service. The need for this has prompted us to change the way we make services. We now only include a single Feature Dataset in a service. But it would be very helpful to have this as a standard function.

Does anyone know the 4x equivalent for this code? It looks like what I need to grab the pop-up contains and populate a new page for printing function printPopupContents(){ var feature = map.infoWindow.getSelectedFeature(); var popupContent = feature.getContent(); //write contents to new page for printing var newWindow = window.open("", "PopupContents"); console.log(popupContent); newWindow.document.write(popupContent);

To start I would simply create data driven pages from those polygons. That way you can simply move to the next one with a simple click. It will not automatically select the next polygon but will streamline the process. Question: in what format are your landcover codes. Meaning how do you get them? table, point, polygon, line, etc..

You can create a custom basemap using the ArcGIS Vector Tiles Style Editor and make a basemap with larger labels: https://developers.arcgis.com/vector-tile-style-editor/ After you save and publish you can bring it into ArcGIS Pro from the Catalog Pane under the Portal tab.
