Thanks for the reply @Anonymous User... we are setting the timezone but publishing through ArcServer, so that may be a little different. However, the dashboard seemed to be handling it (meaning we weren't getting complaints) until the new dashboard a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what triggered the issue. It really isn't a 'fix' to require users to add more data fields so the application works. Also I chuckled a bit after clicking the idea for an option not to use UTC and seeing it was first posted in 2013. It should be further down the pipeline than 'under consideration'. To me it's like distance measurement. AGO doesn't assume all lengths to be in meters and run a conversion on US feet just to display/query them. UTC is fine, but if I am querying a time field, have an option to use the exact data that is there. '04/21/2021 00:00:00' is the same value anywhere in the world. I should be able to query and not see it show up on '04/20/2021'.

Hi Peter, Another year, even after a new Dashboard, and there are still issues with the date/time. You mentioned here that AGOL assumes the time is in UTC. Can you explain why that is necessary? We have a survey table in a geodatabase and when it is published the time zone is set to central time. The values in the Date field are correct. Because AGOL assumes our dates are UTC, here is the query string 'where: Date BETWEEN '2021-04-23 05:00:00' AND '2021-04-24 04:59:59'' All entries before 5a are pushed to the wrong day. So here is my question: why can't there be a toggle in the settings to remove this assumption and instead set the selected date query as 'where: Date BETWEEN '2021-04-23 00:00:00' AND '2021-04-23 11:59:59''? I know the date is correct, the end user knows the date is correct, so why modify it. Thanks Kinley

still working on this... found this thread: Web App pop-ups issue This could be the solution I need since it works on laptop viewports. Let me know if there is something else I can consider.

More testing... viewport zoom in Edge started at 75% so the popup worked fine. When reset to 100%, I get the same result as Chrome at 100%. If I reduce Chrome zoom to 80%, I get the popup to work fine. So it seems to be connected to the viewport size, but I want it to display correctly on clicking the point or at the very least have scrolling enabled with full screen.

So I tested Chrome by logging out of my account just in case that was causing some issue... It is still displaying the small popup and then going full screen with no scrolling in Chrome. I am on a laptop with the viewport full screen.

And... of course when I click these links in Microsoft Edge, they function properly. But they do not in Chrome where I am logged into my ArcGIS account.

I am having a problem with popups in Web AppBuilder. When it is viewed with "Web Appbuilder for ArcGIS", the popup is acceptable. ArcGIS Web Application When viewed in the final map series application tab, the popup shows a small version with an arrow that when selected goes full screen with no scroll bar so the user cannot see all the details. https://tnmap.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=9c3a7d40f1144a65a12c363b64a3ea02 Any suggestions without going full development on this? Thanks Kinley

Apparently there is a bug logged with Esri about this... https://community.esri.com/thread/228595-problems-with-creating-survey123-url-in-dashboard-map Unsure if they think it has been fixed or not.

Hi James... My query corresponds to question #2 above: 2. Can I launch the survey in a web browser (or Ops Dashboard embedded content) instead of the app? I have a Survey123 URL in a popup with a dashboard. The link passes values through to the form along with center. However, ¢er=36.2804,-86.87633 is being converted to ¢er=36.28041,-86.87633 and the point is placed at the user's location and not at the point that was selected. If I do the same action from a webmap, it functions properly. But I would like this done from the dashboard instead. Any ideas how to stop this from happening?

Morning Robert, I have the attached the config_Enhanced Search file. I thought this morning that the problem may be that I do not have any attribute query setup, only the shape selection. I will setup that up now and see it that helps. Kinley

Ah... ok. Sorry I did a search but I may have been just under the Widget folder, not the app folder. I will check into this first thing tomorrow and get back with you. Thanks for your time!

Hey Robert.. I have attached the config.js file that is under widgets folder for my newly created app. I have been working with ESRI products since the mid 90s, but I am new to the development side. So most of this is a little more clear than if it were written in Greek.
