Thanks for your help. After I have upgraded the SDK to 10.5, the problem is resolved. SDK version must be synchronized with other ArcGIS product on same machine.

Thanks for your reply. But I do not install ArcGIS runtime but ArcMap 10.5.1. Is ArcMap related to the problem?

I have installed ArcObjects SDK for .Net 10.4.1 on Visual Studio 2015 years ago. Recently, I have uninstalled ArcObjects and then installed ArcObjects 10.4.1.5686. After that, when I create a new desktop class library project, "Unable to load assembly 'ESRI.ArcGIS.Version'" error is prompted. The creation is failed. Are there any ways to resolve the problem?

Thanks for your reply, I have enabled archiving on the polygon feature class, but when I want to view the history on ArcMap, Apply button in history viewer is disabled. Are there anything I have done wrong?

I have maintained a park polgyon feature class on SQL Server. Now, I want to keep history of the feature class. There is archiving function on SDE feature class, but it seems that archiving only log the edited but cannot show the changes e.g. geometry change in feature. Does ArcMap provide function to highlight the changes of archived feature class or I need to develope custom plug-in to do so?

I have set up a basemap service on ArcGIS Server 10.5.1, then set the basemap as default basemap on Portal 10.5.1. The basemap displays fine on Portal map viewer. But now, I want to use the Portal on mobile phone. Are there any to download the Portal basemap to mobile phone, so that user can use the basemap on mobile phones offline?

Thanks for your help. But the above patterns cannot fulfill my need. I want to create my own pattern similar to above ones, but ArcMap change only the simple properties e.g. color, transparency of polygon symbology. Are there any ways to create above patterns?

I have a GPS Log (.gpx) file recording the activities of a car. I have added the file to ArcGIS Portal, the file is shown as line on the map. But are there any ways on Portal to calculate the traveling time, speed, etc of the car?

I am maintaining a park polygon feature class. I have added the feature class to ArcMap and then change the color of the polygon. But how to set the polygons to a mixture of symbols e.g. flowers and green and they placed in slant lines?

Thanks for your help. I have just figured out what happened. On Win 10, TCP chimney is disabled by default. SQL Server connection often loses after the PC is idle for certain period of time and TCP chimney is disabled. The problem is resolved after TCP chimney is enabled on client PC.
