Hello, Does anyone know if ArcGIS Enterprise can be used with object based storage please? We’re currently using file based storage but looking into changing it with StorageCraft Oneblox 4312. What do we need to know and be aware of? Thank you, Emily

Hello, I'd like to see if anyone else has this issue please. After installing ArcGIS Enterprise, every once in awhile, some of my users cannot sign in to our webapps. Without doing anything though, it'd work again the next day. Would the server has something to do with it? I have no idea where to check or how to go about it... This is the generic message they'd get: Thank you, Emily

Hi Hilary, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I called them and they were able to help me to generate a new code to put in. But I still don't understand why I need to do that and does it mean I'd need to do that every year? Thanks again, Emily

Hello GeoNet, I had an error message on my Portal page saying that "The Portal for ArcGIS licenses may be expired." It was expired when I checked the keycodes file at C:\Program Files\ESRI\License10.6\sysgen But why would it have a expiration date when the license says perpetual under My Esri account? The problem is fixed after putting a new authorization code at the Portal for ArcGIS Level 2. Does it mean I need to re-generate the code and re-authorize it every year even though the ArcGIS Enterprise license says perpetual? Thank you, Emily

Hello Jeffrey, Same here. Could you elaborate more please? The documentation is not straight forward on setting up to export file geodatabase from map services on Portal. Thanks a lot! Emily
