Thanks, Dan. But, this is for new construction. I am looking for the year of homes that are not new construction.

The code for 2.3 works in 2.4 as well. I just tried it. Great work, Robert!

I am looking for Houses built by Year, at the Census Tract or Block Group level. Does the Census have this data? More specific, I am looking to find homes built before 1982 in Census Tracts or Block Groups geography level. Any ideas?

Does this mean db_owner must also be db_creator in order for those options under "Manage" to be available? What Privileges do I need in order for those Options under "Manage" to be available?

I am using ArcGIS 10.2.2 with SQL Server 2008 R2. I am using Database Authentication. I do not want the people who connect to our Enterprise Geodatabase to connect using the administrator username and password. I have them connect using their standard network login credentials such as when they login into their work PCs to get onto the network. Like the rest of my users, I log in using my standard network credentials (not the administrator username and password). I have been assigned the Privilege (done using SQL Server Management Studio) db_owner. But, when I go into ArcCatalog and right click on a Feature Dataset - Manage, all the options are grayed out (see attached). However, when I log in with the Administrator username and password, these same options are NOT grayed out. An ideas? I was under the assumption that db_owner has the necessary privileges to do the what is shown under Manage, such as Analyze, Add Global IDs, Register as Versioned, Unregister as Versioned, etc...

Yes, there are situations where 2 or more conduits (2in gray PVC) run parallel and are what is called "Direct Buried". This means they are not inside a Duct Bank. Why? it costs less to direct bury conduit than put it inside a duct bank.

I am using ArcGIS for Server 10.2.2 Enterprise with SQL Server 2012 with Database Authentication. Our Enterprise Geodatabase is one of many databases inside our SQL Server Instance. I want to have multiple users connect to the Enterprise Geodatabase from ArcCatalog using ArcGIS for Desktop Basic. I have one user name and one password. It is the admin user name and password. I would prefer not to give this out to all our users. How can I set up the security settings to allow for each user to use their individual network username and password to connect, and not have them all use the admin user name and password?

By default the background inside the Legend Window is solid white. I want to change the transparency of this white space. Just cannot seem to locate the file in which to do this.

I found the answer. It was simple. I zipped and exported each of my WebMaps inside WAB DE 2.0.1. Then inside WAB DE 2.4 I imported them. The LL Widget came over just fine. It works.

I just installed WAB DE 2.4 with the LocalLayer Widget 2.2. When I use the LL Widget, I add my Dynamic Layer, but the window does not close. Hitting Ok or Cancel does nothing. I must exit the entire app and reopen it, then start over again. Any layers added do not stick. Is this a bug with WAB DE 2.4 or just in the LL Widget 2.2? (I have used the LL Widget 1.4 very successfully with the WAB DE 2.0.1)
