Hello Grattan, In your screenshots (where the errors do not occur), have you submitted the survey? Or are these taken before the survey is submitted. In my testing, I am finding that the constraint message only appears after I try to submit a survey with an invalid record. Best, Megan

Hello Alma, I looked at the XLS you attached and it looks like "easeofuse" may be the root of our problem. It is used twice as the name for two different select_one questions. After changing one of the names to "easeofuse2" I was able to publish the XLS. Let me know if it works for you! Best, Megan

Hello Rens, The most recent error (010423) generally occurs when the statistics for the input raster have not been calculated, contain a skip factor greater than 1, or contain an ignore value. Use the calculate statistics tool to make sure that statistics have been calculated on RoofSlopeAngle. 010423: does not have valid statistics as required by the operation.—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Calculate Statistics—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop After calculating statistics for the raster, are you successfully run the script? If not, are you getting the same error message? Best, Megan

Hi Nathan, When you login to survey123.arcgis.com (and also when you navigate to the My Surveys page), you will see the Surveys in your organization that have been shared with you/your organization/publicly. In order to limit the surveys to just your surveys, select the carrot next to "All Surveys" and select "Surveys I own." Best, Megan

Hello Scott, When you upload a zipped shapefile to your ArcGIS Online account, you are sharing the files so other can download and open the files in desktop applications. If your particular ArcGIS Online user account has permissions to publish a hosted feature layer, you will be asked if you would like to also publish the zipped shapefile as a hosted feature layer. The zipped shapefile will allow users to download the data contained within it , while the hosted feature will "web enable" feature layers from the shapefile. Hello Leo, Let's start by checking to see if any error reports were written on your machine as *.dmp files. These can typically be found at: C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ErrorReports. If there are any crash reports here, feel free to attach them, as we may be able to extract some information from them. Report software errors—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop Also, can you just verify that your machine meets the minimum requirements with the Can You Run It? tool for ArcGIS Pro2.3. Best, Megan

Hi Brandon, One option may be to use the "Difference" tool in the Image Analysis window of ArcMap. Documentation about this particular tool can be found below: Using the Difference button on the Image Analysis window—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Since the difference button makes comparisons pixel-over-pixel, you will want to make sure you preprocess the imagery so that the pixels from both images are aligned prior to differencing. Hi Abdul, I wasn't able to find polygon data explicitly for the 7 USPS Service Areas, but I did find the USPS Districts layer on ArcGIS Online, one attribute of which is Service Areas: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=6a33b150f2e943f4bc2936db04f78c1a You should be able to open the layer in a Map Viewer or in ArcGIS Desktop/Pro. From there you can choose to adjust the symbology or use the Dissolve—(Data Management) tool to aggregates features based on the area name. Best, Megan

Hi Mat, I am curious, what happens if you Open the feature layer (hosted) associated with the survey in a Map Viewer in ArcGIS Online? To do this, login to AGOL and navigate Content > Folder with same name as Survey > Survey Name Feature Layer (hosted) > Open in Map Viewer. Is there any error when opening this feature layer in the webmap? Also, are you able to navigate to the Service URL listed under "Layers" in the Survey Feature Layer's Item Detail page? Are their any errors? Best, Megan

Hi James, Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of your model and any additional information about how you set the parameters - I want to try testing it out on my end to see if I get the same behavior you are seeing. Also, if you reclassify the raster "manually" (that is, outside ModelBuilder, using geoprocessing tools), are you able to save the remap table. If so, does the remap file work as expected?

Hi Nadir, I have a few questions that may help us narrow down what is causing this issue: Do you know if users on other devices are receiving the same error when they try to download the WebMap in Collector for ArcGIS? Can you open the WebMap in Collector on your device (opposed to downloading it)? Can you access the REST endpoint for the secure service in a browser on your mobile device? If so, are there any certificate warnings in the browser? In the ArcGIS Server Manager, is "Feature Access" enabled for the secure service? In Server Manager, navigate Manage Services > Find Your Secure Service here > Click on Secure Service > Capabilities Best, Megan
