The answer is yes. First one link disappeared from the map after only being seen for a very short time. Then the second link in the map disappeared. And they would not come back. Without knowing if the links could be redrawn I created a new link chart and both lines are showing up. I did not read the documentation very thoroughly but I wonder how it knows which map frame to draw the lines or if there is a process to tell it to draw the link in this map frame versus another map frame.

It is nice to see the addition of Link Charts to 2.6. I created two sets of links with a set of blue lines and a set of green lines. When I select Display Links on Map, the map only shows the green lines. Is this a software limitation, (ie. only show one set of lines on the map), or a user that doesn't know what they are doing? This screen shot show the Link Chart with the 2 sets of lines. The map (not shown) only shows the green lines. Also, I found that if your first set of entities and relationships are in one projection (in my case the map frame was in this projection too), and you add another entity and relationship that is in a different projection, Pro will crash when you either select Display Links on Map or click on the map tab. When adding a 3D scene to a layout, the aprx layout freezes. I can move the dataframe around on the layout but none of the menu options work. Last night, I waited through dinner and it never resolved. Pro allows me to click on other dataframes like I have control but I get an endless sand timer. Anyone else have this experience! It looks like Pro is using the computer GPU. Perhaps the GPU isn't sufficient? I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760.

Hi, I'm new to JSON. Is it possible to have a bar and line on the same chart with the Y axis on the left for the bar chart and the Y axis for the line on the right axis? If so, any tips? I've not been able to find any reference materials for my beginner level. Thanks.

Hi Linda, Thank you very much. That worked. Closing out of the application and reopening, came be a different interface where I found the Add Data button. I guess I was previously in a Workbook and didn't know it. Thanks again. Brian

Hi Arthur, Thank you very much for your quick reply and answers. If I understand correctly, the local content is brought in from ArcGIS Enterprise or Online but cannot be loaded directly from the local machine. As I mentioned, I'm not able to use Online because of the PII. While I feel more comfortable with PII on Enterprise, our Enterprise system is not authorized for PII information either. Thank you for developing Insights for Online, Enterprise and Desktop. I'll need to wait for other projects to take advantage of it. Thanks again. Brian

Thanks Tom, I downloaded a couple of the layers via the REST service and visualized it locally. I'll look forward to 2.6 for this fix and other new features. Brian

I have a layout and trying to configure the Legend. In the layout view, I have configured to have a single layer of population density in the legend. This works fine. However, when I export a jpg or pdf, a mapservice I pulled in from another party has it's turned on items show up in the legend. The only way I can control them in the Legend when I export the map is to turn the layers on and off in the Map Frame. The mapservice legend items are not showing up in the on screen layout and the items from the mapservice are not in the Legend Contents. These items are shown below. The mapservice items are the water features and the Tax Parcel Composite. To stress this again, they are not in the on screen layout. They only appear when I export the map. Can I turn this off in the legend and have them on in the Map Frame? I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.5.2

Hi, This looks to be a fantastic option to customize charts in Hub. However, I'm not familiar with JSON charts and have a lot of learning to do. The documentation leads me to charting in NPM. However, the JSON in the Hub charts appears to be different. Am I not understanding. Where is the best place to get started to learn how to customize the charts using JSON in Hub? I'm am looking to create two custom charts using COVID data. I'm sure you all have seen the many COVID charts. Given that I'm only able to obtain total cumulative numbers. Can one take the cumulative data and make it a daily amount . So is it possible to take a value from day i and subtract it from day i-1? If day i is 10 and day i-1 is 7, the vertical bar would be 3. Another chart is the 7 day moving average. Is it possible to take day i daily amount and average it with the previous 6 days daily amount to produce a line chart. And overlay these two. Thanks.

The notebooks I'm referring to were created online. I can find the notebooks in My Content. What I'm asking about is once I'm in the Notebook mode, is there a way to get to my python files from within the Notebook instance or do I need to go to My Content to get to a new python program? Am I conflating Notebooks with python programs?
