Hi Josh, Can we back up for one quick second? I opened up my new Dashboard and added a Serial Chart, selected the layer with the data, and I do not see a Data Expressions section. I think I may be in the wrong place. I'm super familiar with creating Dashboards, and I don't recall seeing that before. I'm currently in the Serial Chart configuration settings, and I went through all the tabs. Thank you again. **UPDATE** I see it now. Sorry, I prematurely commented. Will let you know how it goes!

Oh wow, that example does look like it could work! This looks great. I assume that I would need to replace most of the data within the expression, right? I haven't ever played with anything this complex, but I understand the general idea of creating queries/etc. Where would I enter this expression? Within the widget configurations? Thank you again for all of your help with this.

Hi Josh, Thank you for getting back to me on this, I appreciate it. No, we are not tracking cost per Municipality. It's just the overall cost per project. For the new Dashboard, they want the same data displayed (minus the cost widgets on the left), and they just want to see "X Municipality has 3 projects", "X Municipality has 7 projects" - displayed in chart form, such as a bar chart. So that we can see where the focus is. As I stated in the initial post, I previously had a Related Table linked to the data where I did this via the GUID & Related Table, but I was not the one who set it up (and do not have access to this person moving forward). And since I re-created the data from scratch, I did not set it up that way since Municipal counts were not requested from Administration. But now they are. Here's an example of what the data looks like:

I have an existing Dashboard with Construction data on it. I've encountered a lot of issues with this data specifically where the data would just go corrupt suddenly and the dashboard would be unavailable. I've had to re-build this dashboard multiple times over the years, and recently, I just re-created the data from scratch to see if it would resolve the reoccurring issues. Now that everything is resolved (yay!)... long story short, I don't want to modify anything unnecessarily, especially if it sends my data into a tailspin again. So here is my question. The intention of this dashboard is to see where our money is spent on Construction. The data is formatted by Funding Source, as you can see below. Many projects span multiple municipalities, so I have one field that just lists them out so they can be displayed on the pop-up. Recently, an Administrator asked if we could display this data (in another dashboard) by Municipality. So think of bar charts rather than the $$ boxes. However, the data is not set up to display this currently, since the Municipal field I have just lists them out. What is the easiest way to go about this? Like I said, I don't want to unnecessarily edit the data unless I have to. In the past, someone helped me add a Related Table and I took each construction project's GUID and entered it into the Related Table and typed the municipality there. But that was an older dataset, and I didn't think we needed it this time around. If you're still reading, thanks for sticking around. I could really use the help on this one. The GUID/Related Table concept is really confusing for me. If there's an easier way, I'll take it!

I have a Web Map with our Asset Management data. I created symbols in Illustrator for our Inlet & Manhole datasets, which I had uploaded on here at some point - maybe about 6 months ago. I set the style options so that the symbol would get smaller as you zoom in, as you can see on the legend. I honestly just applied random numbers to it until it worked appropriately. My issue is now, on the Dashboard I created... the legend pops up exactly how it shows on the screen (with the numeric values that mean nothing for our data). So I was going to re-do the symbology as the "Location (single symbol)" option with the custom symbology. But there is no way to upload the symbol anymore. Is this gone from the new map viewer? How can I work around this?

Hi Sydney, This gallery was tested out in both the Manual and Dynamic options. As I am typing this, it is currently under the Manual setting (I just didn't send an updated screenshot). But I manually included our COVID-19 Dashboard onto this, and it still does not show on the live website. For suggestion 1: I have actually made many edits and re-saved/re-published the the COVID Dashboard specifically does not get added on the live site. But, other newly added items to the HUB page DO show on the live site. (Ones that I added at the same time as the COVID Dashboard). For suggestion 2: This worked this time around! I'm not sure what the difference was this time, because I did have Dashboards selected previously when I experimented with the Dynamic set-up. This time around, I selected the re-publish option, which I don't think I did last time. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!

Hi all! We have an ArcGIS HUB Page for our Open Data Portal, which has an "Explore Interactive Maps" section, where I have our public web apps and dashboards public. I wanted to add our COVID-19 Dashboard to this section, so I selected it. It shows up in the list in the editing pane, but when I save it, and re-visit the website, it is not there. I added some additional web apps to the list to test it, and they do pop up. Just not our COVID Dashboard. Here is the editing pane: Here is the live website: Missing the COVID Dashboard *Just for reference, I just added the Child Care Centers Map as a test, and that successfully was added Any suggestions? Please help!

Oh this is fantastic, I would much rather just pull it into my project than try to dig in and figure this out, thank you! I attempted to download it from the NBI web app (National Bridge Inventory - Bridge Inspection - Safety - Bridges & Structures - Federal Highway Administration (dot.gov), but I could not find an option besides downloading the actual table. But I honestly didn't dig much further into other options. Thank you again!

That's great to know, thank you. I'm unfamiliar with the breakdown of the format so this is good information. I just did a quick scroll and confirmed that the XX and YY numbers do not go above 59. The points are anywhere between 7 and 20 miles off of where they should be.

The spreadsheet is not ours, so I wouldn't have that information. It is data from the National Bridge Inventory.

You can see in the screenshot that I did format them - in the highlighted columns. You can see the difference there.

I always use CSV tables to display the XY data and have not encountered an issue until now. Yes, they do match. The only thing is the additional 0s dropped off at the end of some cells. But that shouldn't create an issue since it is 0 and not another number.
