I have not seen an integrated tool to do this. I usually use select by location and go through each line type to find points that don't fall on a line. It would be nice to see something built in!

Well that is certainly frustrating behavior! I'll see about doing a screen record in the AM. I am on 2.9.1.

Let me know if I am not understanding this correctly. I was able to enter the following two directions into Traverse. 35-1 +30-30-30 This resulted in two lines, N35-00-00E and N65-30-30E. My Segment Deflection tool brings up DMS by default. This seems to be affected by the Angular Units default under Options>Units>Angular Units. If I use Segment Deflection by right clicking the most recent line (N35E) and enter +30-30-30, I will get the same line, N65-30-30E. This seems identical to just entering the deflection into Traverse. For now, that may save you a step. A flaw that I am seeing is that modifying the previous line does not modify the deflection. If I change the first line to N30E, the deflected line remains N65-30-30E instead of correcting to N60-30-30E. This is definitely something that would be nice to see implemented. Also, one thing to keep in mind, a + deflection will be clockwise while a - deflection will be counter-clockwise.

What happens if you export the model to the python window (or file) and run the model as a python script?

I have not worked with sde at all, however, in a regular FGDB I use arcpy with feature classes that have attribute rules all the time. I would try adding an 'r' to the beginning of your file paths, like you did for the workspace, to be sure that the file path is read correctly. Spaces and escape sequences (\n, \b, \f, etc) can confuse file paths. "C:\My Documents" r"C:\My Documents"

Kamille, You could create a field in your county level data that assigns each zone feature to a municipality. Then export using an expression on that field. "Municipality = Audubon" If you plan on doing this often, this could probably be set up easily using Model Builder or a python script. When using Clip, if your zone boundaries do not exactly match your municipality boundary, then a portion of that feature may be clipped off. For example; The blue area is my city limit. The thin black line is a parcel outline. You can see that if I clipped based on my city limit boundary that a sliver of the parcel will be excluded.

@jcarlson Wouldn't that process be easily replicated using the Create Parcel Records gp tool? I exported my Records from CAMA, joined that table with my Parcels, then ran the gp tool. Most of my parcels have a Record associated no matter how old that Record is, so long as it was in CAMA. Splits and combinations that were completed prior to migration to the fabric don't have historical parcel features unless I manually digitize them, but at least the Record that created that final parcel is associated. Going back and backdating previous splits and combinations sounds like such a daunting task. I am constantly fixing errors from 15 years ago when we digitized our mylars. It is easy to get caught in the trap of a quick 3 or 4 parcel QA/QC that turns into 2 days and 20-30 parcels.

As an experiment, I disabled editing on a different Parcel Type and tried the same edit. I received the "Layer is not editable..." error. I think that this is because Pro wanted to adjust the other Parcel Type along with my selected parcel since they are topologically connected. To counter this, I turned off topology, and I was then able to edit the selected feature without the error. To me this isn't a great fix, because you'd want to have topology on in most cases, but I don't know a great way to counter this if you need to prevent a layer from being modified.

I have experienced the "Layer is not editable..." error as well. I don't know what the issue is with that, but I'll just save my edits and restart Pro and then it works. Topology can be controlled on the Edit tab under Manage Edits. There is a dropdown box.

You should be able to use any standard editing tool in addition to the parcel fabric specific tools. Rotate works for me. Is there an error when you try to use standard editing tools? Rotate will even move historical parcels and other parcel types with the selected parcel. The dashed lines in the middle screenshot indicate topology relationships that will move with the selected parcel. If you want to move only your selected features and not those around it, you can turn topology off momentarily.

This may be better to try using the Rotate tool first to get everything close, and then use Align Parcels once everything is closer to where it should be.

Simon, Thank you for looking into this. Unfortunately, I am experiencing this on any popup in any Project, including a new project on newly created data, so sending you data wont help. Even non-parcel fabric data, if an expression is supposed to display a single quote in the title field, it wont show. I recently did a complete fresh install of 2.8 and then upgraded manually to 2.8.2 using downloaded files as opposed to using the built in updater and the issue persists. The popup Title does not display a single quote only if using an expression. For instance, if the Title Options is populated like {expression/expression0}', adding a single quote after the expression, the single quote is displayed after the expression's text. But if the expression itself includes a single quote, it wont display. This isn't a show stopping bug, so I'll wait until 2.9 rolls out.

I am also seeing the same 002667 in Detect Objects... I tried using the downloaded usa_building_footprints.dlpk and the online Living Atlas version. Info and List reports appear identical to others. RTX 3070 Side Note: Something to try for anyone experiencing verification errors when installing deep-learning-ampere-preview. I could not get the deep-learning-ampere-preview to install because I kept getting tensorflow-base verification errors like "...package is corrupt, ... could not find file..." however I could manually explore to the file's location and see the file was there. It turns out that several of their files are buried a dozen folders deep and the combination of my long username and the packages being stored in %localappdata%, the file path was over the Windows 10 limit of 260 characters. I modified the windows filepath limits to allow paths that exceed 260 characters but that did not seem to affect conda. I had to create a new location for packages closer to root in order to decrease the file path length and it finally worked.
