Hi Alex, I'm alittle unsure what you mean when you say "parse out" the values in the field. Are you suggesting to put each value in the field "Val" into seperate fields say "Val1", "Val2" , "Val3" etc...then use field calculator to add them ? This seems abit convoluted to me. Hi Alex thanks for getting back to me.  If you had a field of values say  Val 1 2 3 and you used the field calculator processor to sum these values are you suggesting to use the expression Val + Val + Val ? The issue is I won't know the number of values there are in the field until it is written so I need to be able to do something like SUM(Val) and write this to a new field Val_SUM. Hello Robert Indeed it does look as though this would require some effort. I've been in contact with ESRI support who have moved this on to the development team so I guess we will see.  I am a little surprised that this functionality is not already built in to these widgets. I don't quite see the logic of these widgets not honouring each other. Why would you want an attribute table that returns everything in the dataset when you are just looking at a single date/time within a time slider. These widgets are supposed to be able to be used together in the Launch Pad and Dart Themed Templates, but they don't communicate with each other. Morning Robert, I've asked this question in a variety of locations and to a number of different groups so please forgive the duplication.  I'm trying to have the Summarise Widget honour the Time Slider widget.  If you set the time slider widget to a set time and open the summarize widget the time slider gets turned off. I want to have the time layer stay on and the summarize widget summarise on the current set "Time Frame". It does not it summarizes the entire data layer.  The Attribute table widget performs in the same way, returning the entire data set and not just the data in the "Time Window".  How can I change the Summarise Widget to honour the time slider widget ? I've contacted ESRI about this and they are looking into it. But that could take some time to resolve.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Regards.  Jeremy.  ... View more

Morning Robert, Is it possible for the Time Slider Widget to be honoured by the Summarize Widget ?
