Robert, We have been using this widget for our Parcel Viewer and it seems like we are now having troubles with any queries that use the "Contains" filter. This used to work just fine before but now the widget requires the exact search in the box which is not what we want. For example, in our old app we have with an older version of the Enhanced Search widget, if you typed in "175 Main" it would pull up our County building which is 175 S Main. However, in our new Enhanced Search, when we type "175 Main" in as a Street Address query it does not return any results and will only find it if you have typed it in exactly even though I made sure the query was built using the "Contains" filter. Is there something that needs fixed on my end that might be causing this not to work? Our public viewer is at this URL: ArcGIS Web Application .. the Search Layer is Parcels and the Search Alias is Street Address This old application: ArcGIS Web Application uses the same logic except this one works Thanks! Carissa

Tom, We are having issues with the text box that shows up when you draw that prompts you to "double-click to end drawing". Is there any way to disable this showing? Thanks! Carissa

So, I am terribly sorry if this has been asked before but I had a question about passing a dynamic URL into the Enhanced Search widget. Is this possible? We have an internal appraisal system that has a button that passes the Parcel Number of the property card they are viewing and then opens up a JavaScript app where that Parcel Number has already been passed into the search function. We have been running into issues using this same logic in the out of the box Esri search widget in Web AppBuilder and so I wanted to see if there was a way to pass those search values into your widget to product the same results? Thanks! Carissa Signore Summit County, Ohio GIS

Okay, that makes sense, I will probably need to rework my formulas in Arcade then. Thanks!

When you have calculations that occur based on time in Survey123, does that calculation carry over when the survey is published to the web and used in AGOL? For example, I have a survey that contains values that change depending on the date and I wondered if those will still work once the survey is published or do the values entered during the initial survey submitted stay static? If they are static then I suppose my other option would be to replicate the process using Arcade but I do not really want to do that since the calculations are done in a repeat group. Thanks!

I am working on a script currently in Arcade that is giving me some trouble, although it shouldn't seem like it would. I have a survey where field inspectors go in an log the date that a citation is issued. A person is charged $25 per day for the citation. However, that amount is halted when the inspector issues a completion date. Therefore I have a conditional statement where, if the closed date is empty, then the person will continue to be charged the $25 on a daily basis until it is closed. If the closed date is filled in, the person will be charged the total from however many days it was from the day the citation started until it closed. Here is what I have right now: (I amusing the "Now" function because I am unsure of how to say if it is "Null" use this) var open = Date($feature.DateofCitationTag); var closed = Date($feature.CitationClosed); var present = Today(); var closedDiff = DateDiff(closed, open, 'days'); var openDiff = DateDiff(present, open, 'days'); var closedAmount = 25 * closedDiff var openAmount = 25 * openDiff if (closed <= Now()) { return "$" + closedAmount } else return "$" + openAmount The closedAmount shows up and is calculated correctly. However, the openAmount has been giving me a crazy value of $-438380.2083333 when the amount should be $200 (taking into consideration 8 days at $25 per day and counting). I am unsure of why it is acting this way. Anyone have any experience with a conditional statement like this? Thanks!

I have a question regarding some surveys I have created for our field workers to go out and inspect homes. While out in the field, they will be filling out multiple different surveys within Survey123 for a home. All of these surveys are separate from each other, however, there is one survey I am using as my "base form" that will be the survey that the relates are based from. Even though the surveys are separate when they are filled out, I would like them to be able to relate to each other when they are submitted (i.e. that an admin could go into a web map on the backend, click on the location of a home, and see all of the related survey information attached to it instead of clicking between a bunch of different points in the same location. I do have a common field between all of the surveys which is the address. We do not have Portal we use ArcGIS Server and AGOL. Is there any way that I can do this currently?? Thanks! Carissa

Mike, I pasted that into my calculate field within the note and the hyperlink did show up, but when I typed in an address to be passed, it opened up the new survey and the address field was still blank. My CHN Form which is the one to be opened, my "owneraddress" field is a Text field, I'm not sure if that is a problem.

I am trying to create a survey where the user can open up other survey forms and pass information that was already in the first survey to the others. I looked at the Custom Survey123 URL Scheme blog post and followed the steps, but when I go to check the survey it is still in text form and not a clickable link (below). I am trying to pass a field in the current survey called "address" into a corresponding field in the survey to be opened called "owneraddress". Is there something in the syntax that I am doing wrong?

Robert, I have not been able to get it to work in the older eSearch versions as well as this updated one. If it helps, here is the URL to the app we are using it for. ArcGIS Web Application We use the search to draw a box around a point, then print out and address change letter, and then when you go back to the eSearch to draw another box it does not function properly. This is using the older eSearch/Print widgets but again the problem persists in the new web app I have created to update this one, I have just not put it in production yet.
