Hi, we do have a long survey, that most likely will be filled out over a couple of days, while information get's collected. It has 9 pages, and we don't want to go all the way to the end to log the data in the service. So therefor it will be great if we could get a save button on each page, that's basically is the same as the submit. We are using the mode=edit&globalId=ID for the survey, which doesn't seem to be able to use the Draft mode. Any ideas to this?

Hi all, hope you can help me here. A submitter are submitting a form, then Power Automate sends an email to another person who are opening another survey, that pulls the data that was previous submittet. This is done by the globalID, Both of the surveys are reading from the same feature layer by submission URL. When the second survey are submitted, I want it to sent an email to both the first submitter (Creator) and the second person. If I'm using the User Info Email, I would expect it to go the the one that are logged in and are submitting. But that is not sending to the creator of the original feature. However the creator email, is in the Creator field for all our users, so thought I could use that. However it's not listed as something I can choose in the Dynamic fields. I could let the first submitter manually type in the email, but wanted to limit that. Does anyone have a solution or workaround. Thanks.

Hi, I’m using multiple Surveys, one is the submitter, and then a reviewer. The reviewer gets a link that uses the globalid to fill out the form created by the submitter. From the Excel spreadsheet I created almost all the fields read only. But they need to be able to change the status: Aproved/Rejected If I create the URL with mode=edit, it don’t honor the read only settings, and open op for everything. If I use the mode=view I can’t edit the one field. And If I remove the mode, it wont load. Any ideas

Thanks, I'm not the only one then. For example I have A categorie = Bussiness, under that I have sub categories going in repeats. Office building, Highrise, and such they have a dedicated area per subtype. Now I want to filter and show the total area of all highrise buildings in the Dashboard. The data are stored in the related tables as soon as it is the reapeats I can't get them out in the Dashboard. Right now I'm using the "Old" operation Dahsboard, and I couldn't find any information about if this was possible on the newest version. I'm running the old, since the client hasn't updated the Enterprise yet, and since I couldn't get confirmed that it was possible to use related tables in Dashboard I used the Pulldata. Do you have the knowledge on how to pull the data from related tables into a dashboard?? Thanks.

Hi, we created a really nice style for a survey, and we now figured out that we needed repeats in the form. However the repeats "+" are black is it possible to change that, and where is the setting? Thanks.

Wait a minute, I think I'm about to crack it Hi this is a follow up on my: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-cityengine-questions/create-list-index-from-values/m-p/1089507#M10261 post. NOTE: this is a simple example I have a lot of buildings with architectural freedom. I need to get shapes to be indexed depending on the distance to the ground or to each other. The models are not created in CE but is CAD export to shp. It's one shape, but it contains floors: I'm able to do a component split and get the facades and floors isolated, but a building can have multiple floor parts in the same level, and in this simple example it get's confused on what's actually are the order of the comp.split. So I need to be able to pick out a specific index, and therefor I need it to be indexed as below (likek we are use to) I've created a rint(scope.elevation-elevation) after a component split, and created a loop so I get it in the right sort order. Like elevation = 3,6,9,12 etc. but since it's an component split I can't compare them to each other, so CE don't know that in this case the elevation on 12 is equal index 3. and if i have a building with a floor height on 4 meters the elevation 12 would be index 2. If I could only get those elevation into a sorted list, and remove dublicated values, then I could use the list capabilities + the elevation information to pick the right floor. Right now my thought is to create a rule: Next(floorHeight,BlHeight,meterMeasure,ZeroIndex) -->
//print(listAdd(str(floorHeight),str(floorHeight)))
case floorHeight == 0 : report("A",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 1 : report("B",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 2 : report("C",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 3 : report("D",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 4 : report("E",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 5 : report("F",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 6 : report("G",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 7 : report("H",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 8 : report("I",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 9 : report("J",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 10 : report("K",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 11 : report("L",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 12 : report("M",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 13 : report("N",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 14 : report("O",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 15 : report("P",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 16 : report("Q",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 17 : report("R",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 18 : report("S",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 19 : report("T",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 20 : report("U",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 21 : report("V",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 22 : report("X",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 23 : report("Y",floorHeight)
case floorHeight == 24 : report("Z",floorHeight)
else : NIL If a floor is 3 meters, I'll get a report called D, with the height. In the first part of the tutorial 12 that will create a list like: {'D': [3.0], 'G': [6.0], 'J': [9.0], 'M': [12.0], 'P': [15.0], 'R': [17.0]} So if I can get that converted into a list like: 3;6;9;12;15;17 and add it to the object attribute of all my models so I can link it back to the attributes, then I'm sure I can get it to work. I've been looking through tutorial 12 & @CherylLau guide: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-cityengine-questions/using-python-to-create-an-object-attribute-from-a/m-p/539821 But I can't get it to work. If this can be done without Python, it's preferable, but I don't think so. Thanks, Kenneth.

So my thoight with doing a recursion is to get the floors into the right order, so by doing something like the one below, I will take the lowest floor and pass through to Next() Right now I'm passing through a zero (0) on each of the floors going through. I need the zero to raise by one every time it comes through the Next rule, and I would actually also like it to print out how many times it's looping through the Next rule. Right now I'm looping through the floors 1 meter at the time 20 times, but only 6 floors are passing through the loop, since they match the meterMeasure. ListEscape(floorHeight,BlHeight,meterMeasure) -->
case meterMeasure == floorHeight : Next(floorHeight,BlHeight,meterMeasure,0)
else : listRecursion(floorHeight,BlHeight,meterMeasure)
listRecursion(floorHeight,BlHeight,meterMeasure) -->
case meterMeasure == 20 : NIL
else : ListEscape(floorHeight,BlHeight,meterMeasure+1)
Next(floorHeight,BlHeight,meterMeasure,ZeroIndex) -->
Next2(ZeroIndex)

Hi Brian, sorry for the late reply, I appreciate you effort. The situation is that the comp, don't create the index in the right way always, when it's not create with CE. So the top floor would have a lower index. I'll check if I somehow can split in y and get the index, It totally make sense, however I think it will be a bit difficult to get to work, the way the models are structure. Thanks you so much, I'll right a reply with my recursion thought, maybe someone can see what I'm missing 😉

I had hope to be able to use a recursion, but I can't get that to work as intended. My first thought was to look at creating a list, but I can't see how that should be done. I'm confident that it is possible, but still struggling with it 🙂

Thanks Brian, unfortunately the models are not that simple. Since it's divided into sub units, departments and stuff, the comp split will create an index for each unit, and not only the floor. I also need the index the facades the same way, and in this simple case, it would then give me 4 comp.index for the ground floor. Thank you

Thank you plfontes, I think that you got my question right, however in this particular workflow I'm trying to get to work, the input are from multiple architects, and I don't want to do this manually and I can't ask the architects about doing this before they deliver, then I would need to explain it every time. So I would really need it to understand the sort order from the terrain.

Just to understand. you did try to creating a scene layer package in CE, and then from the enterprise portal, you selected add item, and then it's hanging? We did have a lot of issues in general with layer packages for our Portal. Usually I did test my SLPK on both AGOL and Portal, and if it's working on AGOL, then it's an Enterprise issue (Most likely) We used a lot of Esri support to fix our issues, but it wasn't with CE. So when you are trying to publish from CE, are you logged in to your Portal? I haven't tried this, I always go directly to Portal, but if possible to do it from CE to Portal directly, then I can't see why credits are involved. On Agol you'll need to be creator, and have credits, since the storage of data consume credits. I would first of all test it on AGOL, I would test if that workflow works on Portal, then I would contact Esri if it's not. Packages are working for me both on Portal and Agol created from CE for me at this point, but it took very heavy Esri folks to solve our issues:

Hi Brian, I'm not sure on what your issue is, but I've added a lot of tile packages and scene layer packeges directly from CE, then I add it as an item on Enterprise or AGOL. On less I'm misunderstanding you question, it should be an easy way to go. If' you want to share terrain from PRO, you'll need to add it to a scene drag it to the bottom where the Esri elevation are located, and right click on you layer and share as a web layer. That shouldn't be necessary to go that way though. I hope it helps.
