Hi Jakub, I'm unable to reproduce the grid label offset issue you have identified using version 2.3.2. As illustrated in the screenshot below, label offsets for both graticules and measured grids are working as expected for all cardinal directions. This layout is on an ANSI D sized page. It is possible that there may still be a bug, but we need to be able to reproduce it in order to diagnose and fix the issue. Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. The Offset control is also working as expected. After entering a value into this control you NEED to commit the change. This can be done by pressing Enter if you wish the focus to remain with the control. We have seen issues with panes, such as the Format Map Grid, losing focus after a property change is committed. We working to address this problem with 2.4. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi Robert, To add layers to an existing legend (that do not already exist in the legend) you can select the layers you want to add in the Contents Pane (TOC) and either drag them into the Legend item in the Contents Pane, or drag them item directly onto the legend displayed on the page. If you are unable to do this it could mean that the layer already exists in the legend. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi Joanna, Glad to hear you will be at this years UC. We have been working on improving the stability of the Contents pane when working in a Layout View. I'm hopeful that this issue, and others like ti, will be resolved in version 2.4 and that we can verify this together in San Diego. I look forward to meeting you. Tom

Hi Johanna, Looks like you have to go through an authorized caller to log an issue. Perhaps you can get this permission or pass along your issue to the authorized caller for your organization? In the meantime, I've looked at the video you provided and have been unable to reproduce the issue. Without more information (data and steps to reproduce) there is not a whole lot I can do. We are aware that the Contents pane has issues when working in the context of a Layout View. This is something we are working on improving for the next release. Even though I don't have a reproducible scenario or or an official BUG in the tracking system, feedback such as yours is still important! Thanks. Tom

Hi Richard, Sounds like there might be a data connection issue. To test this, right-click the problem map frame and click "Open". This should open a map view. Are all the features drawing as you expect? Is the scale of the map as you would expect? If everything seems normal with the map are you able to create a new layout with a legend using this "problem" map? Tom

Levi, Thanks for the quick reply. I'm glad you found a workaround! I can reproduce. I believe that this is related to other Layout/TOC stability issues reported. We are working diligently to solve these issue for the next release (mid 2019). Tom

Hi Jessie, Currently, we are unaware of any specific issue with inserting Chart Frame into a page layout with 2.3.1. Have you contacted tech support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. In the meantime, try exporting the chart to an .svg file. You can do this in the Chart View. See the "Share your chart" section under the help topic Charts quick tour—Charts | ArcGIS Desktop for more information. Then bring the file you created into the layout page as a Picture element. See the "Insert pictures" section in the following help topic - https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/layouts/add-and-modify-graphics-and-text.htm for more information Hope this helps, Tom

Shaun, This appears like a bug. I haven't seen this problem, yet, and would be very interested in reproducing this. If you run into this again could you contact technical suppport? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support . Again, thanks for the feedback! Tom

Hi Shaun, I agree that more pictures in the help would... well, help. Unfortunately, we author the help with an international audience in mind and it can be time-consuming to get images translated if they have text. Also, if the UI changes between releases there could be any number of help images to update and if these get missed - images that are out-of-date. Tom

Brian, Thanks for the feedback. There is an entry on the Ideas site that we are keeping an eye on - https://community.esri.com/ideas/15119-arcgis-pro-legend-options. Please feel free to add your comments and suggestions. We hope to have a legend improvement project (maybe in 2020 or 2021) and feedback is crucial in helping us design and prioritize the changes we make to the software. Thanks, Tom
