Glad I could help. The issue was familiar because I've done the same many, many times.

Hi @ChristopherMask I'm in no way an Arcade specialist, but it appears you are missing the closing ">" after CLR. I think it should be <CLR red='0' green='169' blue='120'>" +"Funded" + "</CLR > Hope this helps, Tom

Hi @-_-, This sounds very similar, if not the same, as BUG-000151718. This issue has been addressed at version 3.1. If you are using ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and are still running into the problem please contact Esri Support. It could be that there is something specific about your data/workflow that we missed when testing and validating the fix for BUG-000151718. Hope this helps, Tom

@wayfaringrob , Not sure if you are aware, but you are not limited to dragging each legend item individually into a new column. You can select multiple legend items using the SHIFT or CTRL keys and move the group into a new column. Tom

Hi @lpainchaud , Currently I'm not aware of any performance issues concerning export to PDF. We have many "simple" and more complex layouts that get exported to PDF in our automated test harness on a daily basis. No performance issues have been identified. Of course our test projects only cover a portion of all the possible combinations that go into an ArcGIS Pro layout. The problem you are running into may be specific to your data/workflow. In order to troubleshoot your issue we will need to reproduce the problem. Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. Thanks, Tom

@PROBERT68 - I can only think of 2 reasons why you might not see custom grid labels. Each of these is illustrated below. 1. None of the features that make up the custom grid intersect the map frame edge. In this case there will be no grid label. In the example below the upper sides and the top of the map frame do not have labels because none of the US States (custom grid layer) intersect with the map frame edge. 2. Layout elements, such as an image, draw on top of the grid labels. If this is the case you may want to move the element (ex: picture) below the map frame. At the moment I can't think of any other reason for no labels to draw along a map frame edge. If your scenario doesn't match the 2 above and you are still at a loss on why the labels are not drawing you may want to consider this as a bug and contact technical support. They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. Hope this helps, Tom

Thanks for contacting support. Sorry if I wasn't clear in my earlier comments. I was not implying the issue you're seeing is not a bug with Pro. It most likely is. The point I was trying to make is that we could not reproduce the issue with the WMS services we use in our testing as evidenced by the screenshot I provided. Obviously from your screenshot you are experiencing something different. Not all WMS servers and services are the same. Unfortunately, we cannot test every variation of WMS servers and services. Things are going to get missed. That's why it is important to contact support in order to get reproducible steps. We tend to think of "workflow" as also including properties that are set for a given task, such as exporting. For example, the workflow, or steps, may be the same for exporting to PNG as it is for exporting to PDF. Basically, click Export Layout button on the ribbon, choose the File Type and click Export. 1, 2 3. However, the properties set in the Export pane are not. There could be an issue when exporting to PDF with Embed fonts checked on, which PNG does not support. Or, it could be an issue with exporting georeference information to the PDF - another thing PNG does not support. I should have included a comment on properties when I mention that we may need a workflow/steps to reproduce. I understand your frustration. We feel the same kind of frustration when we cannot reproduce an issue that's clearly bugging our customers. Tom

Hi @NasosAlexis, I don't believe an issue has been logged with support - at least one has not made it's way to my desk. I am able to export a WMS service to PDF without issue. The problem you are running into may be specific to the specific WMS service and or the workflow you are using. Without this information we would only be guessing at what the problem could be. Generally, we cannot fix bugs if we cannot reproduce. Please contact Esri Support where they can gather the specifics needed to reproduce the bug. Tom

Hi Claudia, Unfortunately, there is no way to "partially" pad. For latitudes padding the degrees will always have 2 digits and for longitude 3 digits. Per the help: For more information see Work with grid label tags. It also looks like you are running into a known rounding bug - Grid graticules in ArcGIS Pro layouts show incorrect labels at specific intervals (BUG-000142703). Please contact Technical Support if you would like to add your organization to those monitoring the issue. In the meantime since your intervals are in minutes I would advise using 1 or 2 decimals, or not displaying any decimals at all. Hope this helps, Tom

First, turn off "Layer visibility" in the Legend properties. Then you can turn off the layer without affecting the legend. Tom

You should be able to find it through esri support (https://support.esri.com/en) and searching on the number. I tried this and did not get a result (you may have as well). @KoryKramer - ENH-000114737 is a valid number and one I can find through internal esri systems, but cannot find through the Support search. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi @Scoth You are not missing a tool parameter. There is no setting that will give you what you're looking for. Unfortunately, I believe you will need to edit each grid manually - set rotation value to zero and move the grid - to get what you want. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi g_mcgowan, I don't believe a bug was ever submitted. I have not run across this issue as a bug (with reproducible steps provided by someone like yourself) or though my own testing. I cannot verify whether it is still an issue or not. Please, can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. Thanks, Tom
