I suggest making a copy of the form and publish that right from 123. Then download that as a GDB and you will see how it wants the structure.

No there is no way to do that. A python script after that fact would be about the only way.

123 uses globalid and stores it in the child in a field called parentglobalid. It cannot work with your own custom relationship. My guess is it is trying to use your relate by adding a globalid to your own field in the relationship class instead. This is strange though as I have over 40 relationship classes and have never seen it try this. What I do is have one relate that is the globalid to parentglobalid to make 123 happy then have a second relate that I calculate the keys in the form manually. In your case I would add parentglobalid to the child and the relate then use a calculation in the form to populate your nazev field. My post here on how I do this may help. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/mapping-with-survey123-within-a-polygon-or-admin/td-p/836112 Hope that helps

What you are seeing is how a select multiple works. It stores the values as a comma separated list. It cannot make repeat records. You would need to use a select one and have the user hit the plus button to add more records.

I would test edits if you set calculationMode=always since it may change it if anyone edits any field later on. One idea I used in another form is pull the lat/long then set a constraint to make sure the second point is not in the same place as the first.

I have been trying dozens of ways to get a same as last type button like our old app had for 6 years now and have still not found anything that works. I even have been bugging the team on it but still no solution. So sorry I have no answers for you. Overall our main complaint from users has been that it is really slow and clunky to collect data in 123. And I agree it is 123s biggest downfall and it just does not seem to have importance in the development. As we seen often in Esri apps is they tend to focus on new shiny things instead of really dialing in the core functions. I hope the next gen really concentrates on data entry speed and true smart forms that can predict the next answer. For example another idea is to have the tablet SQL Lite db track number of times a drop down list item is chosen and sorts by frequency. Would be pretty easy to implement. Testing out in the field or adding team members that have in the field experience would really help I think.

Not sure I am following but I also wonder of they are going back in and editing later or using save as draft and then editing later. This can cause a recalc of the today(). Have you tried once(today()) so it does not recalc in this situations?

Try setting the default value of the second geopoint to 0,0. I use this in a form with 5 geopoints and it starts all the maps blank as seen here. I also have the code to calc distance and give the user a message (not a constraint since sometimes the GPS goes out in a canyon and then they get stuck so just a red warning) if they are too far from where they are supposed to be if you need it. I personally flip this and send in the where they should be as a text lat long from Field Maps then compare that to where they are. That way the form automatically goes to where they are with no interaction needed. Also we can then see right on the map how far they were since the form is where they were. May want to consider that. hope that helps

The way I do it is have the code, scientific name, and friendly name with spaces in the label column then the name column is just the code. This way they can search for any of these they know. If you set the appearance to auto complete they can do type ahead to reduce the list as you want. I strongly suggest you put these in a repeat and use select one to add one species at a time. It will seem slower at first but Using select multiple stores the data in a comma separated list which makes it very difficult to use the data going forward. Hope that helps

No you cannot set tab order but please upvote my idea here. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-ideas/add-tab-order-to-survey123/idi-p/941555 It has been years though so not sure it will happen. thanks

Are you using the value to check from the label column or the name column on your choices sheet? You must use the name value as that is what is stored in the data. The label is just the friendly name for the user.

You need the else part always. You can just do this with empty string. You also had the check backwards. if(${mosnumber} = 0, 'NA', '')
