Did you try to access it using the {relationships/1/fieldname} syntax? (Where 1 is the relationship number from the service) If you go into the popup config then configure attributes link it will give you a list of all the related fields names so you can figure out the correct name to use.

You cannot use an if statement in a choice filter. I tested it again and it is a no. See this post for a workaround https://community.esri.com/thread/230127-survey-123-choice-filter-select-all-if-nothing-chosen

Date is a reserved name in many database types. Better to use something like FormDate. It may let you use date now but it could cause issues later. It happened to me. There is a list of reserved words on the types tab - but just looked and strangely date is not on there.

Collector would hold your reference layer. You said you have all the polygons so have them in Collector. Then a user can see where they are and then launch from the polygon they want to link to. It is also really handy for helping them find where they are supposed to go. In 123 you ALWAYS collect geometry. It can be 0,0 or something useful like where they were at the time. Our users said the same thing at first. But I showed them how we could see things like a user was at the wrong spot or labeled the area wrong. Easy fix with spatial. Clears up a lot of confusion. (We had things like - "road needs repair". Guy goes out and says "looks fine". Look at the forms and guy 2 went to the wrong spot.) We also could see things like users filling out all their forms from the same place (meaning they did not actually even go). For you use it to prove they went to the correct spot and at the correct time of day. (In collector you could even hide or color in red polygons they should not go to based on the time of day - that would be slick) Also if someone complains you have a record of it. I see 0 advantage to not tracking this.

I have a field with a input mask of >AA99999. I calc a field above it in just to get the first two chars of the format so the user does not have to retype. But as you can see by the highlight it keeps adding 5 blanks at the end where the numbers should be. This means the user has to now click in there, hit delete 5 times, then put in a number. I was just doing a calc of the field above at first. I also tried adding substr() so that just those first 2 letters go in there - but it is still adding the 5 blanks no matter what I try. Any way to get rid of these blanks so they can just type the 5 numbers? They do this 50 times a form so it really slows them down. thanks for any ideas

Ok then all you have to do is launch new forms from the existing point (instead of editing). That way each staff visit is a form/record in the db. Then relate them all together. See my post on this here Mapping with Survey123 within a polygon or admin unit You can use the related data or Arcade to change symbols of you want. Hope that helps.

Looks like you have field-list on group 1 and 3 but not the middle one - so it will show on every page.

You need to add the pow(${lg1},2) + pow(${lg2},2) formula inside the log repeat - so line 23. Then you can use sum() to add those us across the plot outside the log repeat but inside the plot repeat. Right now you have the formula outside both repeats so it can only see the current value. If you search geonet someone was asking this same question a few months ago. That will give you more also.

Not sure I totally get your question. You could use Arcade to show or hide the form launch link.

How about you do not ask them you just calculate it using Count(). You could also use repeat_count set to the number of people. Then make each of the repeats required.

Here is my calc for it. (I think I posted it recently as well) round(int(now() - ${StartedForm}) div (1000*60),1) To keep it out of the feature service just set the bind::esri:fieldType to null.
