I'm having a really strange issue, i'm querying a rest end point for a feature service via python for which i am not the owner of (but i am the administrator for the AGOL account) and i get this error: {"error":{"code":403,"message":"You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation.","messageCode":"GWM_0003","details":["You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation."]}} now i can manually query the end point in chrome using the same user details without issue, and i know the python works because i can run it against an identical feature service that i am the owner of any ideas? Hi Brandon, for what I had in mind a text type would be good but also a numerical type would be useful too I'll keep an eye out for future releases many thanks Stu

Hi Stuart, Does it just happen on one survey or all surveys? Can you please attach a copy of your xlsx form that is having the issues. It sounds like there could be something in the configuration of your survey that is causing the validation and refreshing of preview to not respond or get errors. Phil.

You still need to convert between latitude-longitude and XYZ. See section 4.1.1 of IOGP / EPSG Guidance Note 7-2. It's available from https://www.epsg.org.

thanks again for the reply, so we managed to get it working, it was the scale range in the feature service that was at fault, the max had changed (not sure how) to 2500. I only noticed after I went back and checked, it looked like the server had cached the settings so once I changed them I then refreshed the service and it worked for some of the users. But it didn't work for all of the users it looked like the old settings had been cached also on the users devices, to resolve this the user had to delete and re-install collector or the other solution that worked was to save a copy of the map but with a different name. thanks again for the help

Hi ive noticed some interesting behaviour in collector on iOS, I have a map with an os open raster base map with about 12 feature layers. When I first get to an area I can see everything but as a zoom in I get to a point where some of my features disappear. I've checked the scale ranges and they should all show when zooming into their lowest scale has anyone else seen this and managed to resolve it? thanks Stu

James Tedrick FYI... We think we ran into a small variant on the issue mentioned. In a repeater, the calendar control will initially have the current date grayed out. After a date is selected in the first record, the next repeat will have the previously selected date grayed out. This will continue for each subsequent record. Are you willing to share any hints on how far down in the backlog this is? Edit** Our current fix for this issue on DateTime questions (not in repeaters) is to add today() or now() as the field's default value. This ignores the controls deficiency by excepting the current date as selected. Its likely this is close to how the control was intended to be used. But it might not be a perfect solution for DateTime questions (inside of a repeater), if the user wants to persist the selected date for subsequent records.

Hi James, Thanks for taking a look. I've attached the xls file. Let me know if you need any more info. We originally had the geopoint hidden (using relevant clause) in the nested repeat, but that didn't work at all. Our workaround was to make it visible and the field surveyors are just hitting the refresh button to inherit the location. That way they only have to record the location once since stations and the A and B traps essentially have the same location. Jimmy

Hi Stu, I would recommend using the Create Fishnet tool to create the polygon grid, and then use the Update cursor to update the attributes.
