If "[]" is returned, then the group is set to "Members can update only their own items". I would recommend you create a brand new group in your Portal organization and set the property to "true"/" All items (group membership is limited to the organization)", so that you can confirm this on your end as well. In the Portal UI, this property can only be set at the time of creating the group, and can not be modified after the group has been created. Hi Eveliina,  Where are you testing the Suggest capability of the geocoding service? I would make sure that the following return suggestions: The Locate pane in ArcGIS Pro  The REST endpoint of the geocoding service (e.g. https://machine.domain.com/server/rest//services/myGeodoingService/GeocodeServer/suggest) Can you enter in an address at these locations, and make sure the locator/geocoding service returns suggestions? -Calvin ... So the takeaway from this is there is no reliable way for our users to share maps and applications that are configured with Living Atlas content to anonymous users?  We have an on-premise ArcGIS Enterprise, and some of our users create maps and applications that have Living Atlas content, but because of this, they are unable to share this content with the organization without requiring users to have accounts (even Viewer accounts) and login? ... How exactly do I "manually republish the data by overwriting the existing hosting feature service" without screwing it up and decoupling it from my dashboard? I restarted my ArcGIS Server machine and tried the 'Update Data > Overwrite Entire Layer' button, and nothing was different...but I don't think that's what you meant. The HFL was created by uploading a GDB as a zip file and then publishing the HFL from it. ... View more
