Still trying to figure this out. I've been manually overwriting the hosted feature service when there are changes to the sde data. We discovered today that all the records generated in the related table through Survey123 have been deleted, going back a week and a half. I've tried publishing this data every which way and it's never a referenced data set, just a copy. The sde it comes from is registered with the Portal, so I don't understand what's missing.

Thanks @HenryLindemann your suggestion to see if the soc.exe led us to the issue. We had a failure before Christmas in a HA environment and the web adapter we looking for a server that had terminated in AWS. After repairing the IP address it was able to find the correct end point. Thanks again.

Thanks again Calvin. I figured out the issue with my initial problem. The GP service required to have same ArcMap version to that of ArcGIS Server (I was using ArcMap 10.7 earlier). I only have to deal with one service now for downloads. Hope this helps someone with similar issue. It is a bit odd that the version compatibility arises only when rasters are involved and the error is not clear enough. Thanks!

Hello @MatejVrtich , The reason there was no data ingested from the beginning was the data feed did not contain an Event Separator such as "\n" (line feed). However, the logger, com.esri.ges.transport.http.LastModifiedToDateFormatter, was generating a valid error from a behavior found with the "Receive New Data Only" and a non-English OS. Apologies for the issue and this behavior has been logged as the following bug: [BUG-000136861: HTTP Inbound Transport fails to parse date when using "Receive New Data Only" option on non-English OS.]

Hi Brittaney, thanks for sharing your solution. Yes it is trickier for those older story maps, I guess the reason is their data structures are different from the latest ones.

Hi Jose, Glad that was able to work out for you. As for your second question, I believe you would have to add the service as a new item in order to get prompted to store credentials. I don't think the Portal interface will bring that up on its own. Best, Calvin

I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I always just simply share the data to Enterprise from Pro and never really run into any issues, so this is throwing me off. The data I have is stored in a local folder, no gdb.

I'm not sure about raster processing templates, but you could also try creating a raster dataset, symbolizing it with class breaks manually, saving the layer file, and then applying the symbology to the new layer.
