Thanks Mark, Messing with the refresh interval did indeed solve my issue with the features not updating. Thanks for the Tip! Also appreciate you passing along my other feature request type comments. Where is the best place for other feature requests to be posted?

I'm noticing a similar issue. One of many bugs with the new Collector app, and it's almost impossible to find any documentation on this new app because all you get is results for Collector Classic. C'mon ESRI!

Hi there, I'm just wondering if there is a location to view known bugs or features being worked on for the new Collector App? I'm using the iOS version of the app, by the way. I've come across a few issues, but don't know if I should report them or if they are already being worked on: - Feature symbology doesn't seem to update when changes are made from other devices accessing the same feature layer, unless you reload the map in Collector. For example, I deleted some features from an AGOL web map, but those features still show in my Collector map until I reload the map. No amount of panning or zooming in and out seems to help. - There is no way to disable the blue location avatar on the map, like you can in Collector Classic. This avatar gets in the way often. - Updating polygon vertices is an EXTREMELY painful process in the new Collector app. These are just a few off the top of my head. I really like the new Collector app and would love to see continued improvement to it. Thanks, and don't stop now ESRI!!

Yes, it is working for me now. Sorry, I was trying to implement this in the splash screen for the "Basic Viewer" configurable web app at first, rather than in Web AppBuilder. In the configurable web app, the video displays in the splash screen text editor, but reverts to displaying the html code when you save and launch the app. I just assumed they would function the same. Bummer, because I prefer the look and style of the basic viewer configurable web app. Thanks for your help!

I tried your method, but it doesn't seem to work currently. Can you tell me if this still works for you? Might I be doing something wrong? Thank you!

The answer in that posting does not work currently. Never mind, the answer in the other thread does work with the splash screen widget in Web AppBuilder, but it does not currently work when trying to embed a YouTube video into the splash screen of a "Configurable" Web App (or at least not with the "Basic Viewer" option). Sorry for the confusion.

No, unfortunately not! No response or work-around. I have also recently realized that I would like the ability to exclude the XY columns altogether in some cases. I suppose a feature ID should be submitted to ESRI: "More control over XY columns in CSV Export from AGOL!"

Unfortunately this BUG is still present. No work around, but I also never submitted this to ESRI support. It may be worth submitting a ticket if you've got the time. Sorry for the lack of good news.

I'm getting this exact same console log when trying to load a Web AppBuilder Application that's deployed to my company's server. Do you have any more info on how you fixed this?

Just want to add to this, my description of this feature idea (Basically the same, but with a picture!): I want to be able to check a box in my hosted feature layer settings that says "Allow updates of feature attributes and location/geometry only." This stems from my GeoNet post, which describes a work around to achieve this functionality in Hosted Feature Layers: https://community.esri.com/thread/197932-disable-the-ability-for-users-to-add-new-features-in-agol-while-still-allowing-feature-location-updates Unfortunately, the work around does not work for feature layer "Views" that are created. Thanks, Brant

I have a couple of "Operation Views" that I've created using the Windows App (Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS | ArcGIS ), and recently I've been unable to open one of the operation views in the Windows App for viewing or editing. All of my other dashboards are working fine. The operation view that I'm having troubles with is still loading fine when viewed via browser app. When I try to open the operation view in the Windows app, the app tries to initialize the operation view, and then crashes shortly after. Anybody else experience this before? Almost as if my operation view has become corrupt, but only when accessed via the windows app? I've also tried from multiple different computers. Thanks for any help. -Brant

I have a feature service that is hosted in AGOL, and most of my users are accessing this FS via the Collector App on iOS devices. I recently discovered that I could un-check the box for "Create" and "Delete" capabilities during the publish process. This effectively allows my users to update feature attributes AND feature locations, without giving them the ability to create or delete features. The problem: I also recently started to use the "Create View" tool in AGOL. When you do this, the "View" that is created does not respect the same edit settings that the main FS has set. So when I add this "view" layer to a map, all of a sudden my users have the ability to create and delete features within this layer. AGOL settings allow you to "Allow users to update feature attributes only," but this also disables the ability to update the location of a feature, which means my users cannot ground truth my point features. I want to be able to check a box in my hosted feature layer settings that says "Allow updates of feature attributes and location/geometry only." Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Update: It looks like the size of my labels is also related to the DPI that I set. I like to up the DPI for better print quality. The DPI is set at 300 for the prints that I originally attached. It defaults to 96. I would still consider this behavior to be a BUG, as the DPI does not effect the size of labels when you set the widget to "preserve map scale," only when you set the widget to "preserve extent."

I have a custom Export Web Map Task that I call on with the Web App Builder Print Widget. This works great for the most part, but I've recently discovered a bug. Not sure if it's my custom print template or the widget, but here is what's going on: When I go to use the print widget inside my web app, I like to go in to advanced settings and ask that the widget preserve the extent of the map, rather than the scale. However, if labels happen to be enabled in my app, the resulting print will be completely useless due to the labels being distorted to the point that they obscure the entire map. See attached map jpeg. If I ask the widget to preserve scale rather than extent, there is no issues with label distortion. I usually would much rather preserve the extent of the map, because preserving the scale ends up cutting out much of what I want to be seen in the map. See other attached jpeg. Both of the attached maps were created using exactly the same print widget settings, except one uses "preserve extent," and the other uses "preserve scale." Has anybody else encountered this? Is there a work around that would allow me to preserve extent and leave my labels enabled as well. Can I have my cake and eat it too? Thanks for any assistance!

I have an Export Web Map Task hosted on my organizations GIS Server (Technically it's published to the test server), and it works great, BUT the output file that is created (JPEG, PDF, etc) is only accessible from behind our firewall. Has anybody experienced this issue before? Is the solution as simple as modifying the job directory? To reiterate, I am able to call on the REST URL of my Export Web Map GP task within a web map, and a link/URL to the output file is generated. The URL to the output file looks something like this: "http://198.238.162.148/wsdagis/rest/directories/arcgisjobs/branttest/dataviewerexportwebmap_gpserver/j28aeab1b0603418cb1c7815385e20871/scratch/599bcc872fa54468b26938478efce7f8.jpg) This URL is only accessible from behind our firewall though. If I'm not VPN'd in to our network, or connected directly, I cannot access the resulting map file. This REALLY limits who can use my print task. I believe we use something like WebAdapter to allow public access to our services hosted on our server. Just for fun, I replaced the IP address in the URL above with the domain that is used for public access, and sure enough the file became accessible from outside of our firewall. So this URL worked outside of our firewall: https://test-fortress.wa.gov/agr/gis/wsdagis/rest/directories/arcgisjobs/branttest/dataviewerexportwebmap_gpserver/j28aeab1b0603418cb1c7815385e20871/scratch/599bcc872fa54468b26938478efce7f8.jpg I think I need my output file URL to be built using our public facing domain (https://test-fortress.wa.gov/agr/gis/), rather than the internal address of our server. Any Ideas? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
